The first time I went here was to purchase a Rosca de Reyes. The presentation was great, but most importantly, the taste was on point to something you find in Mexico. There is a rustic taste you all have to taste. It's like you don't taste all the preservatives others use (like the supermarkets). This review is for Concha Bakery #2, located in Apple Valley on the corner of Kiowa and Bear Valley Rd. The bakery is open 6am-6pm M-F and 6-2 on the weekends. The young man running the place is the baker, the clerk, the janitor, the parking attendant, etc. I was surprised the business was open again. It was a different bakery and it was closed.
