BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Hosts were a mess, unorganized and more into each other than managing their duties. Restaurant was clearly full and busy, hosts were telling guests they'd only be allowed at their tables for 2hrs because of how busy it was but did not abide by their own restriction. Table service was barely present. Food was below standards, cooked and presented poorly, portions were very small. Over all experience was awful

Our reservation was at 6pm we were seated at 6:21pm. We did not leave the restaurant until 8:28pm over 2 hours later because they took so long for every step of dinner. Ordering, Waiting for food etc.

Service and food was great. Very noisy and crowded, which would have been OK, but the music was turned up so loud conversation was a struggle.

Was a bit busy. Could of did better on keeping drinks full. Drinks were empty. They did check on us but did not pay attention to the drink levels.

Service was very bad, our waitress never came back to ask if we needed something else or any refills... had to look for her to ask her and that was only one time :/

We dined here on Valentine's Day, one of the busiest nights of the year, and were impressed by the staff's professionalism and efficiency. Despite the high volume of guests, the hostess maintained a pleasant demeanor while managing reservations and accommodating walk-ins. Our reservation was for 6:30 PM, and we were seated just seven minutes late - an impressive feat given the demand. Once seated, our server, Alex, provided friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Our family ordered a variety of dishes, including appetizers, pizza, steaks (well-done and medium rare), pasta, and pizookies. Everything met our expectations - kudos to the kitchen crew! The restaurant also offered a well-curated selection of wines that complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, the restaurant is clearly well-managed, as reflected in the staff's efforts on such a demanding evening. We had a wonderful dining experience and look forward to returning.

The food was good. The waitress was outstanding. I don't know her name, but she always came to the table asking where we OK, the food was a little expensive but it was worth it

Good food and friendly waitress, but as usual for BJs service was extremely slow. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but it should take 2 hours to dine especially when order right when you sit down.

Great food and big servings. A little loud when trying to talk at the table but it was Saturday night Super Bowl weekend.

Ian was great, on top of everything. He is a asset for BJs.
