I’ve been here 4 times. Only once did I experience dry carnitas and the second, I ordered to go and it was some carnitas and the rest was fat the super crispy hard to chew carnitas.

My 2nd visit the store made a big deal because I bought my own Diet Coke. At the time they only had regular Coke. Due to ADA restrictions I asked them to please allow it. The store manager at the time in front of the customers out loud wanted me to explain myself on what my restriction was for needing a Diet Coke. It made me feel uncomfortable because everyone started looking at us. I didn’t tell her because it’s illegal to ask ADA questions like this. She allowed me to keep the Diet Coke but told me next time she will have to ask me to leave.

The food is amazing most of the time. But the service is bad. My most recent visit the employee took my order, mind you it was loud in there that day because the employees yell over each other while chopping of the carnitas is happening in the background. She ended up giving me the wrong order, the employee gave me an attitude saying “you said this, now you have to take it because this is what you ordered.” I politely told her I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t ask for. The employee thought I didn’t speak Spanish and referred to me as “está.” “Esta me pidió torta de carnitas ahora no se la quiere llevar.” I asked her to please not refer to me as “está.” No somos iguales. She was surprised I spoke Spanish and she just left to the back. Another employee dispatched my correct tacos order at the end.

So yes, your food is good. But the service….your store owner/s would have more business if you had great customer service. As an employee if you lost your happiness here, stop looking for it where you’ve lost it and quit.

Food was good I love carnitas but they were a bit to salty, other than that the portions of the tacos are huge and great for the price. 9-10

Food is usually pretty good. Today seemed like prep was lacking 50% grizzle and fat in the asada.

If you're looking for a carnitas spot, this is the go-to spot prices are good and food is great. The good meat runs out fast on the weekends so be there early. If youre getting BARBACOA OR CABEZA BE CAREFUL FOR BONES especially barbacoa theres so much small pieces of bone in that meat. Very small to dine and eat mainly to go.

Worst carnitas horrible absolutely horrible! Please name your restaurant something else because realcarnitas michoacan dont taste horrible. Basically pork chops cut in pieces.

I've made better carnitas before like way better and I don't even own a business there's no rush in perfection , there's no love in those carnitas so bland with no taste,I want my carnitas to shred and pull apart, unlike these hard chunks of taste less meat
