“We eat here occasionally and love the food. However, we can tell that the staff would prefer us to use those annoying kiosks vs taking the order themselves. They take their time to acknowledge us, even after making eye contact, which is really frustrating...

Using the kiosks takes twice as long, and we would rather have that personal experience with the person taking our order.“

“KFC has good food. The extra crispy is much better than the original. At least for our friends and family. Good sides. I know people may laugh at this. But I really thing both KFC and Popeyes have the best fast food fries. Just try them. They get some of that extra crispy on them. Their nashville hot flavor is the best of any. I rally use the honey and the hot sauce to put on my chicken. Great flavor. Decent service. Only a short wait.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. All of our chicken was dry, rice was burnt and our salad was old/wilted /slimy. We didn’t get any salad dressing, napkins or cutlery. We paid $40 for the family meal and it all sucked. 👎🏻“

“Great service. Had an issue, and they just handled it. Thank you. My favs are the hot honey sandwich and the nashville hot strips and bowls when they have them. Great flavor. Love the apple pies, too. Online ordering is easy, and they usually have it ready and waiting. If you want a good flavor, mix 2 of their honey packets with one of their hot sauce packets. The $10 Tuesday special is always good.“
