The product Cinnabon are great. Hands down, the reason for the 1 star, is the employees. I kept asking for a 15 pack and they kept redirecting me for a 4 pack. Then I asked when will they be having more and the response was stupid. "Ugh. Um, I don't know." What is it that you don't know, how do to do your job and give a customer and answer when you will be baking more cinnamon rolls.
