This specific dunkin has a nice staff and atmosphere. However the prices are Ridiculous! They charged me $5 for a coffee that is $3.50 at EVERY other dunkin! Unless this is magic coffe I feel offended. It's not the price, but its the principle. That's almost a 50% increase for a cheap coffee. In addition my friend bought an XL iced coffee that was almost $7 and he said it was AWFUL!! After we bought the 10 pack of munchkins for $5 the total was almost $20!! People come to dunkin donuts for cheap quick snacks, to spend $20 on two coffees and munchkins is ridiculous! Save your money and go to another Dunkin Donuts

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel, but there was no caramel in it at all. The hash browns were completely cold, and the avocado toast was over-toasted and didn’t have any bacon even though I ordered it with bacon. This isn’t the quality I expect, especially when I’m paying for these extras. Service and quality need serious attention!!

Their drive through process lacks efficiency. No sense of urgency. Lack of communication. Their customer service should be customer centered. If they make a mistake, take the loss and process customers as quickly as possible. Today I went there for the first time and will not be visiting again. Drinks were okay, but I was helped by 3 people at the window each not knowing where I was in the process. My order was placed for a wrap but it wasn’t available to make. So, they refunded me the wrap and then charged me again for another meal. I spent about 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks and 2 food items.
Drinks are made wrong...almost everything we go something is messed up...last time got food..wasn't appealing. Luke warm..maybe remade idk I've never gone to a dd where I've gotten luke warm product.. love my Boston creams...been out a few times i went there...lots of donuts loaded with pink frosting..sprinkles etc...meh not appetizing to me...selection of regular donuts Ole school per say is limited because of all the posted and sprinkled ones...tbh not the nicest dd I've been to..for a breakfast run for me it usually costs about 85 3 coffees donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches...not in comparison to east coast stores

Sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, unsure why the wait was so long. I understand that there might be a problem with understaffing however, will not be using the drive thru again. Drink and food was good, no issues there.

Called before visiting to make sure the Veteran's Day promotion was honored. At the store, it was not only honored with smile but also met with such friendly care (cause we had the hardest time choosing! So many yummies to pick from) that I really wish we got her name. We also came in like 3min before closing, but we weren't pressured to rush or anything. Superb CS👍
