Their drive through process lacks efficiency. No sense of urgency. Lack of communication. Their customer service should be customer centered. If they make a mistake, take the loss and process customers as quickly as possible. Today I went there for the first time and will not be visiting again. Drinks were okay, but I was helped by 3 people at the window each not knowing where I was in the process. My order was placed for a wrap but it wasn’t available to make. So, they refunded me the wrap and then charged me again for another meal. I spent about 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks and 2 food items.

Drinks are made wrong...almost everything we go something is messed up...last time got food..wasn't appealing. Luke warm..maybe remade idk I've never gone to a dd where I've gotten luke warm product.. love my Boston creams...been out a few times i went there...lots of donuts loaded with pink frosting..sprinkles etc...meh not appetizing to me...selection of regular donuts Ole school per say is limited because of all the posted and sprinkled ones...tbh not the nicest dd I've been to..for a breakfast run for me it usually costs about 85 3 coffees donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches...not in comparison to east coast stores

Called before visiting to make sure the Veteran's Day promotion was honored. At the store, it was not only honored with smile but also met with such friendly care (cause we had the hardest time choosing! So many yummies to pick from) that I really wish we got her name. We also came in like 3min before closing, but we weren't pressured to rush or anything. Superb CS👍

I ordered ahead on the mobile app. When I got to the drivethru line it was so long it was wrapped around the building. I sat in that line for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window there was no apology for the wait and the employee tried to rush me away without my drink. When I brought it to her attention not only did she not apologize for forgetting my drink, but I was met with attitude, a sigh, and her rolling her eyes. As if I was inconveniencing her by asking for the drink I already paid for after sitting in line for over half an hour. The drink she handed me was 3/4 full, the whipped cream had melted, the topping was soggy, the ice had melted and watered down my coffee, and the coffee was almost room temp. I ordered an iced cold brew coffee. There was no offer to remake the coffee. By this time I was extremely late for work and didn't want to ask and sit and wait for a rude employee to remake my drink, so I just left. This is the worst experience I've had here. I doubt I'll be going back.

Donuts are delish. Drinks on point. Didn't have what we really wanted but they gave us a coupon to try again.
I am deeply disappointed with this restaurant. Every time I visit, a new issue arises. If it's not that they've run out of your preferred sweetener, then it's the donuts or bagels that are no longer available. The experience is always lacking. What is most frustrating is that they tend to be closed in the afternoons, which is incomprehensible for such a well-known chain. I don’t understand how they can afford to open only in the mornings and close in the afternoons.
Today I came specifically for a bagel with cream cheese, only to be told they didn’t have bagels available. I am so disappointed that I’d rather go to their competition, like Starbucks, where they are always available and willing to serve customers.
I recommend others consider visiting the competition, as the experience here is very unprofessional. I will not return to this location.

Friendly staff! It is always quick and easy to get out through drive thru compared to Starbucks! Believe it or not, I have been enjoying and preferring Dunkin Donuts as of late rather than Starbucks. There is always an individual there that makes the drinks very delicious (Once I know his name, I will update my review!)! I also enjoy some of the refreshers with green tea! Only thing that sucks is that this is the only location in the High Desert.

I'm reviewing because I've been here enough times in the past and usually never have issues. App is easy to use, the points system and monthly specials or coupons are a nice bonus. I just recently got a delivery order, and it was great! The packaging was clean and all the items were tasty! I got a seasonal Apple Cider donut, and it was one of the best versions I've had. Most places have little apple flavor or are super dry. I think I got a good one bc it was fairly fresh and soft. The flavor was strong but nice! Pumpkin & caramel swirl oatmilk iced latte was sweetened enough to be a coffee treat but not sickening if you get the proper amount of pumps. Plain bagel with plain cream cheese was also good, toasted nicely. It was all enjoyable and what I was craving! Thank you!
