I went here with my kid the other day for the first time and it was all absolute garbage. We bought two large coffee drinks for like $7 a pop and they both tasted like they were brewed eight hours ago in a cheap at home coffee pot. I bought the little raspberry filled holes and my daughter got a strawberry ring and even the donuts were stale as hell like they were made days ago. If this is how all Dunkin’ Donuts are then I don’t know how they’re still in business honestly. $20 absolutely down the drain. We couldn’t get past the first sip or bite and ended up tossing it all. Young guy at the counter was chipper and nice enough but that was the only positive thing about this experience. If I didn’t live so far from there I would’ve returned that crap and got my money back.

I've used GrubHub to always get Dunkin for work, but just one day, the app would not let me order anymore and I closed it, thinking DDs closed on me. It didn't. Now I drive there if I'm doing errands or before a long day at work to grab me a Dunkalatte with Vanilla and some food. Only place I go to now. Move over McDs cold food and Wendy's dry potato fries.

Went for the first time got the loaded hash brown and they put half a bacon and it was burnt the line was extremely backed up so they’re just moving so fast doing the orders so poorly get more workers and workers who care about their customers not just come and can careless

Doghnuts are delivered once a day, not made fresh throughout the day, The attendant was nice, the bright spot of my visit. She tried to find something would like, but none of my favorites were available. I settled on a couple of jelly filled (star shaped ) doghnuts. I found them small and they really showed their age. Dence and chewie, flavor was there just hard to get past the day old taste. Definitely not grub. 700 pm definitely not the time to go.. . I will try again one morning when the doghnuts are fresher and they have a better selection.

I ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and they put the cheese on the side with burnt bagel, and they says they’re not supposed to spread cheese because of protocol been set since Covid 🤣 these people need to wake up Covid is gone I never seen this before anywhere else in whole America , it’s like at breakfast places you order omelette and they give raw eggs because thir policy says don’t cook it 😂😂

This specific dunkin has a nice staff and atmosphere. However the prices are Ridiculous! They charged me $5 for a coffee that is $3.50 at EVERY other dunkin! Unless this is magic coffe I feel offended. It's not the price, but its the principle. That's almost a 50% increase for a cheap coffee. In addition my friend bought an XL iced coffee that was almost $7 and he said it was AWFUL!! After we bought the 10 pack of munchkins for $5 the total was almost $20!! People come to dunkin donuts for cheap quick snacks, to spend $20 on two coffees and munchkins is ridiculous! Save your money and go to another Dunkin Donuts

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel, but there was no caramel in it at all. The hash browns were completely cold, and the avocado toast was over-toasted and didn’t have any bacon even though I ordered it with bacon. This isn’t the quality I expect, especially when I’m paying for these extras. Service and quality need serious attention!!
