Dunkin Donuts used to have quality Donuts and they weren't stale. I've visited 2 different locations and they seem to have the same problem. The food is not good. The Donuts are stale. I asked for an iced latte and got a black iced coffee. Also I got a combo that said would be $6 and ended being $8. I didn't mind the price change except that when I took the combo out the bag, I was so shocked. It literally had 4 round hash, the egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, I thought is this a joke. I took a couple of bites and couldn't finish it. It also gave us diarrhea. How can 3 people get the same symptoms at the same time. Nope I will not be back.

Went for the first time today . I’m normally a Dutch person . I decided to give it a try . Food was ok but the coffee was horrible. Tasted like it was brewed hours ago and while eating and drinking my coffee I look at it and there is gnats in the whip Cream . I show the employees no apologies just said they would re make it . I was hoping the new coffee would taste better but it didn’t . Just really disappointed ☹️

The iced coffee is so addicting if it had alcohol I would never leave this place LOL
I went here with my kid the other day for the first time and it was all absolute garbage. We bought two large coffee drinks for like $7 a pop and they both tasted like they were brewed eight hours ago in a cheap at home coffee pot. I bought the little raspberry filled holes and my daughter got a strawberry ring and even the donuts were stale as hell like they were made days ago. If this is how all Dunkin’ Donuts are then I don’t know how they’re still in business honestly. $20 absolutely down the drain. We couldn’t get past the first sip or bite and ended up tossing it all. Young guy at the counter was chipper and nice enough but that was the only positive thing about this experience. If I didn’t live so far from there I would’ve returned that crap and got my money back.

I've used GrubHub to always get Dunkin for work, but just one day, the app would not let me order anymore and I closed it, thinking DDs closed on me. It didn't. Now I drive there if I'm doing errands or before a long day at work to grab me a Dunkalatte with Vanilla and some food. Only place I go to now. Move over McDs cold food and Wendy's dry potato fries.

Went for the first time got the loaded hash brown and they put half a bacon and it was burnt the line was extremely backed up so they’re just moving so fast doing the orders so poorly get more workers and workers who care about their customers not just come and can careless
