the register girl was rude to my mom...
since the beginning to the end of her order ...
she was rude...
so we left...
we understand people have rough days...
but my mon is a senior citizen....
how can you be mean to an old lady...
They need employees in the drive-thru who can hear/understand the customers orders. It’s super disappointing to continuously be asked to repeat your order, then they still repeat it wrong. I do not know if it’s a language barrier, a lack of attention, or if she just could not hear, but it happens often. I would rather go across the street to the taco place.
