Everything is so good and fresh the options of drinks are outstanding. The restrooms and restaurant is always clean at every location I have been told. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Most employees speak spanish as well. They also offer a military discount. This is the best chicken fast food establishment, there is.

Elias and his crew are AMAZING ! Ever since he and his new team came to this El Pollo Loco, this location has been outstanding as far as food quality AND customer service !! I will definitely continue to recommend this location !

This was probably one of the best El Pollo Loco's I been to. The guy at the register was so friendly and polite. He treated my senior dad with total respect. I don't remember his name but he worked the evening shift on June 26th. The food was nice a hot and my dinner was good. PS. Give that guy a raise.
