This is a really nice Pollo loco. Obviously the chain has problems with their menu and quality like the fact that they abandon black beans and their tortillas are just complete crap. But the chicken is always good and of all the Pollo loco locations we visit this is one of the nicest. Great ambiance easy parking. Friendly staff even some nice views out the windows. Highly recommend this as a quick convenient stop if you use the phone app to order and have your order waiting for...

Food was delicious and fresh. No counter service available. Customer must use the kiosk. Inconvenience to customer. I'd prefer someone taking my order. Staff was busy in back preparating food. We had to wait a while for extra untensils and sauce. Staff was kind when they were available.

Food was fresh and flavorful. They had touch screens to order inside. The service was friendly and helpful. Not sure about atmosphere. I ordered to go.
The only issue was I didn't get my tortillas with my order. I was disappointed but the young lady that helped me was so kind I just accepted as an over sight. Over all I was very satisfied with my service.
