Food was fresh and flavorful. They had touch screens to order inside. The service was friendly and helpful. Not sure about atmosphere. I ordered to go.
The only issue was I didn't get my tortillas with my order. I was disappointed but the young lady that helped me was so kind I just accepted as an over sight. Over all I was very satisfied with my service.

It's a standard El Pollo Loco, but it's a relatively new location. There are automated tellers only. The food was ready from the app order and created to our order. Minor issue was it was difficult to hear the worker with the knives clanging behind her.

Tonight (5/16/25) my husband & I came in for dinner. It was unusually busy but the crew and especially the manager were phenomenal! They made the wait super bearable just by staying calm and smiling! Our food looked great. Someone was cleaning while others were cooking and helping guest. So a clean kitchen for us is a win! And to top it off....when we were leaving after a bit of a wait...the manager (atleast he should be the manager) wished us well and stopped just to tell...
