Katsunori Sushi Restaurant

First time customer and will definitely be returning. Walking into a nice cool restaurant from the warm desert weather was so nice. Greeted immediately and sat shortly after. Ordered 4 rolls and enjoyed each one. We were sat, served, ate, checked on by employees, and paid all within 30 minutes. We did get there right before the dinner rush. It got busy while eating but they stayed on top of it. Highly recommend!

Family went on a Tuesday. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere. The ramen and udon were a hit. The tempura was nicely fried. The service was just right.

My favorite sushi place in the high desert. My family and I come here all the time. The owner is hilarious. My favorite rolls are the Baja California and dragon. They also have THE BEST spicy garlic edamame, nowhere else compares. I use the leftover garlic for my rolls, perfection!

Went today for Mother’s Day and it was packed but we got seated in half an hour. As always everything was so delicious. Took a while to get our appetizer but it was all worth it! It’s a favorite sushi restaurant!

We come here all the time, the atmosphere is relaxed, the sushi is amazing, and they even have some really good Ramen choices. The service is even better, no matter who serves you. Not sure if it's the owners, but there's the usual lady and older gentleman that's kind, attentive, and always goes around making sure everyone is satisfied.

I enjoyed the food which was prepared to order and service was very good. The servers are familiar with the menu and were able to suggest items that I liked. Nothing really negative but the seating arrangement are simple booths and limited counter seating. I visited the restaurant several times and will come back again.

Owner is super nice ✨

The quality of the sushi has gone down in the past year or two. This used to be my favorite sushi spot. Now the Sushi rolls are small. The prices stayed the same but roll size definitely decreased in size. Maybe shrinkflation at play. Anyways, food is still good.
They have two sides to the restaurant, a traditional side and a more modern side. Both side have bar seating. It has gotten so much busier and sometimes there's an hour wait.
It's still a good place for sushi and ambience.
