“Online ordering is telling people their pizzas are loaded into the portal when it isnt and store staff is getting all the annoyed and angry customers assuming they are the ones sending the "pizzas ready" messages. Also one of the portal touch pads on the portals has been down for over a month and people end up standing in line anyway to get their pizza. Little Caesars fix this.“
“Stopped in today and had a good experience. The cashier karina who helped me was friendly, helpful, and got my order done quickly. She was polite and made everything easy. Just wanted to leave a positive review because good customer service deserves recognition.“
