“Online ordering is telling people their pizzas are loaded into the portal when it isnt and store staff is getting all the annoyed and angry customers assuming they are the ones sending the "pizzas ready" messages. Also one of the portal touch pads on the portals has been down for over a month and people end up standing in line anyway to get their pizza. Little Caesars fix this.“
“The food as far as the entire little Caesars company goes has improved and is direct completion with the other major pizza companies. This particular location needs faster service. I was in line for an already ready to pick up order for 15 minutes when my food was already ready. There should be one sperate line for ready to pick up orders. It's a win win for everyone. Why make someone wait when food is done and ready. The food was not in the ready for pickup food warmers eithers and even if it was there was no way of me knowing that and how to get it. Easy, simple fix that is costing people time and you money. More people out the line more people to attend to who need it. Simple simple or do y'all just not care to speed up the process?“
