Los Jalapenos Mexican Food

This place used to be my favorite. It went down hill. I've tried to eat here twice recently and the quality of the food is horrible. Asada is not real...it looks like ground up beef....They took out lengua and their horchata is disgusting. They also took out the salsa bar which used to be awesome and have a guac sauce I loved. I used to love this place and come here a lot. I wont be returning. SOMETIMES YOU SHOULD JUST UP THE PRICE AND NOT TAKE OUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. GREED !

Worst decision ever!!!
I ordered bean and cheese burrito 🌯 the lady working in kitchen grabbed a tortilla threw scoop or bean and cold cheese and handed to me. The burrito was uncooked and the cheese was cold inside.

On my first visit on 12/8/2025; to this Mexican restaurant I was greeted with a smile and asked about the menu of items that they had. I ordered burritos and oh my goodness they were very tasty and good. The host kept coming by to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. I was impressed with their hospitality and food. You will love this place to dine and feel like your special.

Charged me $20 for a burrito they didn’t make right. Asked for carne asada with cheese sour cream and guacamole and they literally gave me meat and avocado wrapped in a tortilla. No cheese no sour cream which they charged me extra for as well.

I really didn't like the location or food, and I'm trying hard to not be too negative. But this particular visit things really didn't help put a good light, sorry!

Order chicken taco for delivery. Worse chicken tacos I ever had. Never had shredded chicken on a taco. Its dry no flavor. I will never order from here again.

I love this place since I moved up here they been grate and food is amazing the remember you already know what I want that’s love never could go wrong when I get my torta de asada with ham they place is 100 good food

The meat had NO flavor, it had the texture like it was boiled. Beans tasted like they came out of a can. Nastyyyy and food was expensive

Finally went and try this place today and I was very disappointed. Got a wet burrito and the green sauce had to much of a lime taste and the Carna Sada had no flavor.

I’m a lil under the weather so I was going to do the original order from Richie’s Diner (menudo and pozole 🤍) highly recommend btw but I was craving albóndigas. I looked up a few places and ordered here. I never ate here but no one else delivered albóndigas so I picked this place and it’s also close so delivery wouldn’t take long. When my husband and I received our food, we just started laughing and pmo so bad at the same time. There’s no way my albóndigas came with only 3 meat balls, 2 carrots and one dam papa! My husband ordered Birria and the lil bowl of meat was crazy we basically had juice from sopas and very very little meat! No lemon, no onion nor cilantro! lol our tortillas were not soft they were already getting hard. I spent on food delivery and tip of $49 for large albóndigas and a large Birria with NO DRINKS. Just TWO things. I will never do that again. Back to Richie’s I go and I will never order from this restaurant ever ever again! Waste of money! ( in the pic of the cup that has two utensils in it is my husbands birria juice, he tore his tortilla up and put it in the cup of birria juice because the tortillas were hard so it made it soft when he put it there ) but i should have done that to mine. We ordered flour tortillas when we should have just gotten corn😏

Ordered a wet burrito. Too much rice and was very dry. Flavor was ok but I’ve had much better. I will not return.

Service was good but the food was not appetizing at all the nachos were cold. Cheese was cold.

The food is great and the service is great!
