This was our first time trying Mimi’s Café in Apple Valley, and we had such a great experience! We ordered the Crabcake Benedict and decided to share it — our waiter was incredibly nice and thoughtful. He even offered to split the dish onto separate plates for us, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable.

Shantel was an amazing help, the service was impeccable. I would leave her a review of 1000 stars if I could! I left my purse behind and had to drive two hours back to retrieve it and she waited after business hours for my husband and I to get there. Shantel is the girl you want to see if you visit this Mimi"s! Thank you so much, we will be coming back because of her.
I go to Mimi’s on a regular basis and it is always a great experience for me there.
Heni does a great job here as a waitress. She is always upbeat and great to talk with. Food is great. Price value for the portion of food is great. Great relaxing atmosphere here.
