I ordered on 10/31... didn't get my pizza... took my money... called 4 times that night but no one answered.
i sent a report online to refund my money... i got email back from area manager asking for more info... i replied and even sent screen shot... and until now I still dont get reply back neither refund my money.
I love their stuff crust but since this store has poor customer service and still not refunding my money... I suggest every one reading this papa John's...read full review
