2025 update: This place has gone down in service. They started great. But they don’t care anymore. I pass by on occasion and they are consistently empty. Not worth the price or service.
Past review:
As with every grand opening, the restaurant had a line of people ready to get in an order.
For the next few weeks, customers should go early as they have run out of certain items before midday due to popularity and high demand. I went at 11, a few minutes after opening, and the inside already had a line up to the front doors.
I spent about 50 minutes in the restaurant: 20 waiting in line, 5 minutes ordering, and 25 waiting on my food.
The employees are working hard in a hot room with many orders, so they deserve some gratitude. The only problem is that 9/10 workers don't wear masks, and 6/10 customers don't wear them either.
Other than that, the food is real good for taquito standards. However, you cannot get any of the sauces (guac, cheese, sour cream) on the side. It's either on them or not.
I went with a 5-pack one of everything, on flour tortillas, fully loaded. Very filling and tasty.
I'd go again to Roll Em Up, however, maybe best to wait on the hype begins to simmer and there's not a long line and shortages.
I was just told by one of the staff that this establishment doesn’t consistently pay their employees. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES.
We came around 3:45 pm on Saturday. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The bathroom, tables, and floor are dirty. They don't have any asada. I paid over $17 for 5 greasy taquitos that are dripping oil all over the box they are served in, a tiny container of dried out rice, a tiny container of cold beans and a fountain drink. This was our first time and it was not a great experience.
First time I went they were out of tortillas. Gave them another try and they were out of shredded beef! The cashier said the hamburger was good, So I gave it a try. The taquitos weren't even done .The potato taquito was cold. And the hamburger one was mushy and cold. There was hardly any cheese and sauce like they normally do. I did not finish. Gross. I was going to complain but they wouldn't care. Most of the soft drinks were out of order. Used to love this place.
I gave Roll em Up Taquitos enough time to respond to this problem. But… no response seems to be what I’m going to expect. On our way to Vegas, we stopped to eat. We chose Roll em Up Taquitos. When we ordered, they asked “for here” or “to go”. We chose to eat there. We get our food in a to go bag and we are now told that the place has been shut down by the Health Department and we could not stay. On our way out, the notice was placd in the window next to their B rating I emailed the corporate offices with no response. I reasonably asked that we be refunded the cost of our food (about $20.00). No response, so I assume that since they don’t appear to care about the safety of having a current health permit, they don’t care about my complaint. So, here o start… Sorry Roll em Up, I started with you.
So good definitely recommend and corn so good fully loaded
Online menu has many items that are not on the actual menu, Dry ass rice, weird flavors, Grey dogwater lookin corn, gave us cups for the slushies when it was soft sodas. Overall would not eat there again👎🏿

The food is great! Customer service is pitifully non-existent from the store AND their headquarters. Showed up to pick up our mobile order only to find they were out of corn in a cup. The employee said she had no way to cut the corn off the cob and offered elotes instead. We declined and asked for a refund but she claimed the store manager was the only one that could get in contact with the single person that could make that happen. Not only did the store fail to contact me, they don't answer their telephone. Ever. I tried calling daily for weeks. I called other locations and get the same thing. Either their mailbox is full, not setup, or just rings until it disconnects. I emailed customer service and headquarters 6 times in the next couple months with ZERO responses. What a joke and horrible way to run a company. Ps, where do they get the corn in a cup if they don't have the ability to remove it from the cob??? The food is overpriced but was worth the several trips we made until this horrible experience with their lack of customer service and values led us away.

Great flavor on beans and rice Also great taquitos. I truly recommend this place. This will be my go to place.
This place has been a wreck. What happen?!
The quality of the food used to be great, the store used to be clean. Sonia always provided excellent service to make customers happy. She was literally a great! But I truly feel as a customer, since she has left, she took all the great quality with her. Now they have young kids running the place, the food is cold, poor quality, there is trash out on the tables and spilled liquid at the drink station.. and the kids do not provide great customer service. I'm so disappointed how this specific store went downhill, and I am even more disappointed they let an excellent worker leave. The district manager, and even the owner should be ashamed. You treat your hard working employees right so that you have a great running store. When you have a great running store, you make happy customers and more business. Its a balance.
My family have been involved in the reggae community for so many years, and to see how a this reggae inspired restaurant is at its downfall, and how management has allowed this store to hit rock bottom, it is such a disappointment. Do better guys. Take care of your hard workers. The owner should be ashamed.
