We passed this placed 3 times looking for the sign. It is so cool you go into the organic teahouse and its behind closed doors (first thought was a speak-easy lol) Tyler was our waitress and she was so sweet and helpful. The skewers were to die for and the hotpot was just perfect. Oh and the nlossom drink wow! Everyone was so sweet! Definitely will return!

Just went this past Friday. Think we got every skewer and shot/drink sampler😄everything was delicious including the apps of cucumbers! First time having Kimchi was there! All servers amazing but Leo....round of an applause!!

Savage Skewer and Bar is a speakeasy-style restaurant and bar tucked behind closed doors inside an organic teahouse. Guests pass through the teahouse to find this hidden spot, which many describe as a cool surprise. The cooking meat is perfect, and every dish is delicious, cooked to perfection, and hot. The skewers are diverse and thoughtful, with options like mushrooms, chicken, steak, and sausage, and the beef kabobs are very flavorful. The hotpot is just perfect, and the veggie hot pot is tasty, not spicy, with chili powder given if you want it. Apps of cucumbers are delicious, and the drinks are superb, including a blossom drink and a Yuzu lemonade adult beverage. The flavors are bright and spice-y, like Asian fusion or Korean bbq. Portions are not super big but suit a more modern type of restaurant. Service is spectacular and the staff are sweet, helpful, gracious, and accommodating. The ambience is good, with a mixed and joyful population. The setup is a bit confusing since it shares the space with Organic Fusion Teahouse Victorville, but guests can order and pay by QR or staff. Reasonable prices. Get your palate ready for a good adventure.
