Asked for a Iced Cafe mocha and I get a iced coffee. Not what I order it's not that difficult. And waited in the drive up for 15 minutes with only one car ahead. Not very efficient for a star bucks. Maybe the barista was new but what do you expect for the high desert.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, went to get my drink and asked for extra sweet cream and i asked if i could get it remade and the lady who was making the drinks made it even worse !!! I don’t recommend this Starbucks AT ALL.

I went there last night after ordering on my Mobile app. After coming up to the drive thru window we noticed that no one was there. Thinking that I ordered at the wrong store, I check my order and the address. After confirming that it was the correct store and that the website said they closed at 9pm (its was 8pm) we go back through the drive thru and I knock on the window. The two ladies that were there wouldn’t even come to the window and would continue walking back and forth! I just wanted to ask if they knew how to cancel the order through the app. There was another car who they had done the same to after me. Very unprofessional and inconvenient! I hope they change their hours on the app/website or at least communicate verbally if someone is knocking.

Normally, this is the best Starbucks in the high desert for me at least I’ve never had issues here but yesterday and my family and I went before heading to LA went through the drive-through. They took my order Everything was correct but when I got to the window, my order was off by literally just half-and-half and I told the barista MARCOS that my coffee was missing my half-and-half and he said well you should’ve asked for it and I told him I did and he said well next time make sure you ask and I just stared at him and I said I did and he said, just make sure you do it right and I just felt that that was so rude and uncalled for and on top of that he forgot to give me my pastry so then I had to turn back around and get out of my car and go get them and I honestly spaced out about them because I was just telling my husband what the heck just happened literally over half-and-half that was missed by whoever made my drink. This was a drive-through order on November 2, 24

Twice this week I have been here and both times I received the wrong drink. I ordered a venti iced mocha with just one pump of mocha and no whipped cream. Instead I am getting what tastes like white mocha which I hate! Since I go through the drive through I don’t taste it until I am almost home and I am not going to drive back! You need to do better!

This was out in Victorville while we used the Tesla Supercharger. I've been seeing this larger footprint store lately, I truly like it much better. Maybe whenever your stores are so close to a Supercharger, you should think about staying open 24 hours?
