Service is very poor it’s always 6 or 7 employees yet the wait is really bad poor customer service. Wait time was almost 20Minutes it’s like they tend to the drive through and not the store customers

Customer service is hit or miss these days. This place is a miss. A headache to drive to and the baristas are terrible. If I want my food flung at me, I’ll go Del Taco.

They are taking away tables and chairs limiting seating because of the non-paying homeless guests. Not fair to the paying customers! Fix the problem, not take away from those who spend money!

Ordered a hot caramel macchiato, waited til I got home to drink it cause it's always too hot for me to drink right away. Not impressed, taste s like 1 percent milk was used. Very thin and watery tasting. I've had better from there. Staff was pleasant and store was clean though.

Went because it was close to the supercharger, the bathrooms were pretty clean when I visited. Nice staff.

Very nice staff, great atmosphere, overall good experience at this Starbucks! I had an issue with a giftcard I received for Christmas and was confused about it but they were and helpful!!

They walk around with a RBF and could care less if your standing there waiting. Won't ask if you need help and the coffee sticker is covered. So, I can't even look for my coffee with out reaching over and grabbing them. Worst part the coffee cup is sticky.

Slowest Starbucks in the HD. They always get orders wrong and take their sweet time, even after ordering through the mobile app 30 min prior. The only employee that has been a stellar worker here is some girl named Giselle in my experience.
