I come to this location quite often. As a walk in and drive thru customer. One of the most consistent in the surrounding area. Yes there are times when my order took a little longer than expected or didn't come out right. But rarely happens. The employees there are always hustling and moving. This Starbucks is hit and miss. They made a mistake on my drink gave me an iced latte I wanted a frappe. Instead of remaking it they threw it in the blender throwing off the flavor. And at that point I needed to leave so I couldn’t even ask them to try again. My advice if you make a mistake on a drink remake always.
Asked for a Iced Cafe mocha and I get a iced coffee. Not what I order it's not that difficult. And waited in the drive up for 15 minutes with only one car ahead. Not very efficient for a star bucks. Maybe the barista was new but what do you expect for the high desert.
