I went in to get dinner for me and my family and the one associate Katelyn seemed very overwhelmed by her job, but was not happy with anything and made me feel like my order was stupid and didn’t explain things very well either. I understand being overwhelmed, but She could’ve been a bit nicer.
Edwin was very welcoming as soon as I entered. He quickly put some gloves on and made my salad with a smile and a great attitude… the gal who charged me for my salad after Edwin made it was very nice as well…
Order two sandwiches through mobile order both with avocado on them. Drove home to feeling which is the 30-minute drive to figure out that both didn't have avocado on them that was extra 2.50 per sandwich. Which I did not get on my sandwich so technically they stole from me. By the time I got home the subway was closed and I couldn't call them to complain about it.
