Love love this little gem. The food was amazing. The owner was so kind. I felt like I was in someone's home. They way they served our food, and brought it out to us. Felt like aunty was cooking just for us. We love you guys so much. And I will definitely be coming back more regularly. Viva Palestina!!!!

I went there recently and saw a cockroach! This place is soooo gross and dirty. Needs to be shut down immediately.

My sister had J chicken catering for her birthday party and it was so delicious and huge portions, our friends kept talking about for days after the party. I visited today and ordered two chicken pitas and a half chicken plate to go. The staff are super helpful and dishes were full of flavor, the chicken is juicy and tender, and the array of sauces and toppings are amazing. We got the green sauce and spicy garlic sauce but the tahini really stands out with flavor. This place is a gem and I hope it stays!!!

The food is great! Got myself a steak fries bowl and the portion is very generous! Seasoned nicely and the spicy garlic perfect!

Great food for a great price considering the amount you get. I wish I knew how to make their hummus. It's more of a takeout place than a sit-down place.

Enjoyed a spicy beef & spicy chicken bowl, mint lemonades, and pistachio baklava. I’ve wanted to eat here for a while and so glad I did. Food and service were excellent. Thank you for your delicious food and kindness.

Larry David was onto something with Palestinian Chicken. Meat was uber tender to the point where you can pull the bones out with zero effort. The lemon sauce was bright and acidic. Potato salad was good, nothing great. The garlic sauce is a MUST. Pita was nice and warm. The spicy hummus was actually spicy, love that. And this is so much food for like $20, absolutely worth the price!

Don’t order for take out. They messed up the whole order and got something completely different. I don’t trust them

Had severe food poison shortly after eating at this establishment. Probably the worst food poisoning I’ve had in my life. Stomach pains and explosive diarrhea. This is the First review I’ve ever left on google. I don’t want anyone going through what I went through. Please check the sanitary conditions in you restaurant and the bacteria that’s lingering. Missed half a week of work due to being sick.

DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED!!! On Wednesday night I ordered two J- plates for my mother and I. The food did not taste fresh. After dinner we both went to bed. In the middle of the night we both woke up to an unbearable stomach ache and explosive diarrhea. For AN ENTIRE WEEK we had diarrhea every thirty minutes. Worst food poisoning ever!! I called the restaurant to complain and they were disregarding everything I was saying about the food poisoning. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE DIRTY!!! fyi, not the same ownership from when they first opened!!

I recently purchased food from here while attending a conference in the city of Los angeles. It was truly fall off the bone deliciously seasoned chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was a little difficult to separate out some of the smaller Bones from the half chicken but I got through it and enjoyed that I could rend the flesh with my hands because I did not have a knife and fork (I do not mind this it made me feel cool to eat it manually). The bread was spectacular and was baked to a degree of fluffiness that I have not experienced in another bread. I got it with hummus and pickled turnips which were pretty delectable, very toothesome and vibrantly colored. The sauces I chose were the tahini and the red sauce which were both nice accents on the food. I also got a delicious mint lemonade which was the perfect amount of sweet and tart with a nice cool mint flavor.

It is so difficult nowadays to find truly authentic Middle Eastern food, oftentimes it is just a poor imitation co-opted and misappropriated by people from northern Europe who think they have a claim to the land. That's why I am so glad you have gotten food from Jerusalem Chicken where I could tell it was cooked by people truly native to the land.

The food was really not good, the chicken was not fresh with an aftertaste and to top it off I found a hair in my bowl. The staff was not friendly.
