Im not one to be a “Karen” since I understand the obstacles that some restaurants might be facing but this location needs some serious leadership.I went in to buy some things and I used the electronic touch pads, my order took longer than those ordering in the registers. I placed a second order for two donuts and i tried waiting for the cashier to return but he did not so I ordered through the tablet again. This time i never received my order, i asked about it and the “manager” seem so dismissive. Unfortunately my order was not able to be fulfilled because they sold all the donuts that i had ordered. There was a full tray of them but due to them not paying attention, they sold them all. I don’t understand why they would implement self service if this issue will keep repeating itself.

Absolute horrible experience. EVERY single time I come here they get the order wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible. Then they mess up the order. Worst Dunkin’ ever, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT COME

Last time I will ever come here. I keep coming back because this is the closest location to my house, hoping that the next time will be better but it never is. Went through the drivethru and ordered a medium iced caramel latte with one extra pump of caramel swirl and the loaded tots. I had an in app promo for a $2 medium latte with any purchase. I informed her of my app promo as I ordered. I get to the window and use my app and pay, the total seems pretty accurate with tax and the cost of the food. As I'm sitting waiting I glance at my receipt. She had rung me up for a medium iced coffee with caramel swirl. Which was $3 something, not my $2 coupon so that never got used. Then when I told her my drink was wrong she asked her coworker to make it. She said "I need a medium iced caramel latte" I said "it's gonna have the extra caramel swirl pump right?" She said yes. I paid .40 cents extra for that extra pump. It definitely didn't have it I watched the girl make it. Also didn't give me a fork or napkin with my loaded tots which are super messy to eat they are covered in liquid cheese and bacon pieces. Don't get this review wrong, it's not about that my $2 promo wasn't used, or the .40 extra pump not getting added. It's about the fact that the employees here don't care or listen, ever! It wasn't even worth dealing with trying to get everything fixed, I just left and will never go back.

Awful experience! I go to Dunkin' with my family quite often and because I care about the environment and due to high gas prices I decided to take my bike to Dunkin as I've done in the past. I noticed it was open on Thanksgiving but there was nobody inside and since they don't have any bike racks outside to securely lock your bike I walked my bike inside and safely put it over to the side away from the entrance and exit. I waited a couple moments to pick up my order and I was immediately yelled at by one of the staff members that I have to take my bike outside. I have had my bike stolen in the past and understand how important it is to be able to securely lock your bike and I have never had an issue walking my bike into and establishment to the side away from everybody especially when there's nobody inside. I asked them how that makes sense if they don't have anywhere to lock up your bike outside and they said that I just have to put my bike outside even though I have gotten my bike stolen in the past and there are homeless people sometimes outside that I have to worry about damaging or stealing my bike. I also mentioned that they need to have bike racks right outside their store to lock your bike up and this would never be an issue. I hope management reads this review and responds back to me as this was a very awful customer experience and I have seen other patrons walk their bikes into the establishment over to the side as this has been an issue for other people as well.

You might wonder why my low ⭐️ reviews i don’t like that they don’t have a person attending, nor for orders and 2 no cash accepted, i know that technology this and technology that, but please i hate when this starts happening because sometimes what if i don’t have a card, or i just like to interact with someone at the cashiers . Other than this small complaint the drinks are good!!

So often we get the wrong order. Just happened again. My husband went back and got the wrong order again. Tried to call and no one answers. The only reason we go there is the convenience of the drive through.

I've come here a few times with no issues, however today the workers were inattentive to us. While taking our order at the box, the order taker didn't even write down what we said we wanted, we had to repeat it all at the window. He then gave us the food and before we could ask for ketchup (we came for breakfast) he turned and walked away. We sat there trying to get the attention of the three workers near the window. One of the girls working looked right at us as we tried to call for help but she continued to look away after seeing us. It was a frustrating visit. Hoping for better next time we come through.
