Im not one to be a “Karen” since I understand the obstacles that some restaurants might be facing but this location needs some serious leadership.I went in to buy some things and I used the electronic touch pads, my order took longer than those ordering in the registers. I placed a second order for two donuts and i tried waiting for the cashier to return but he did not so I ordered through the tablet again. Management, you need to read these reviews and do something about it. Because it seems like you obviously have not cared about fixing this. You’ve lost another customer. Been here three times, all three time such bad experience.

Absolute horrible experience. EVERY single time I come here they get the order wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible. Then they mess up the order. Worst Dunkin’ ever, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT COME
