“This place is comfortable little donut shop that hands down just served me the best breakfast sándwich of my life! It might have not been the healthiest but I'm not counting calories. I order number 13 a croissant with bacon, eggs, ham and jalapeños and it was salty, savory, soft, crunchy with a touch of spiceness. I'm honestly sad I decided to share it. I also orded a vanilla ice coffee and it was deliciously creamy, sweet, and just bitter enough for me. Honest if you skip out on this place it's truly your loss. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the sandwich it was hard to pass it to the next person let alone take a picture.“
“Literally stopped by on a whim and because we saw a sign that said "DONUTS". It was a little tricky to find as we pulled into the complex on the opposite side of where it's at but found it towards the end on closer to Chapman. I rate all donuts shops by how good their maple bar is. In my book, nothing else matters and why Krispy Kreme only get 4 stars because they don't always carry maple bars. And maple donuts don't count. Well, I'm happy so say, this maple bar was pretty dang good. Not only that, but the guy behind the counter was super friendly as well, so bonus points for making is a pleasant experience.“

“I had to come here for the holidays and also had to try their seasonal pie they were offering, Ferrero Rocher!!!! Wow, this place does everything right every single time they offer new items. I also had to get their Jasmine tea tart and the Ube tart, both delicious and hopefully will be a permanent item. But the Ferrero Rocher pie, OMG, this was heaven!!!! I barely even eat pies, but this one I could actually eat all by myself. There was a layer of custard in it and that really made it even better. Everything here is so delicious and I'm still mad they closed the one in Costa Mesa/Newport area since it's close to where I work. Ugh, please bring another location back in my area!!!!“

I recently became a regular when my partner started working nearby, so we swing by everyday before work— i love that i see them making fresh donuts daily! They’ve even modified breakfast sandwiches for me to ensure that I could still enjoy it, despite my pork allergy (no ham/bacon, sub w turkey)! The thing I love about Oliboli is that they're made fresh to order. They're hot and fresh while soft and airy. I'm not super big on sweets, but I did enjoy these donuts. I ended up grabbing a half a dozen box. I chose pistachio, meyer lemon, raspberry lychee, butter pecan, matcha, and maple bacon. My husband and I really enjoyed their pistachio and butter pecan the most. Everything was delicious, but those are definitely our faves. There are seating available inside and outside. When I walked into Sweet O Donuts I saw some beautiful chocolate crullers. The shop was neat and clean. The polite young man behind the counter had a beautiful smile but to be honest the donut was my main concern. I bought it and took it home. “We discovered this gem of a donut spot while randomly looking for breakfast and was not disappointed! We love supporting family-owned businesses and the employees that work there are super friendly and kind. The shop is located in a shopping complex next to Big Lots so there's plenty of parking available.I ordered the tuna melt and chocolate iced donut. The tuna croissant was delicious! There were fresh lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles inside so I got a satisfying crunch from the vegetables while also enjoying the savory tuna salad and flaky croissant. For the chocolate iced donut, the dough was light and airy inside. I honestly did not expect anything but ended up being super impressed by their quality. We confirmed with the cashier that they do not use any whole eggs in their dough so their donuts are vegan. The donut shop itself is intimate inside with limited amount of seating. They also have a table outside to sit at as well. I saw that several people seemed like regulars, always a good sign of an excellent establishment. Will be frequenting this place in the future!“

“While waiting for my wife to be finished with her appointment, I needed a snack to satisfy my sweettooth. So I used my trusty Yelp app to search for donut shops in the area. Dot & Dough - Brea popped up, and it was only 2 miles away from where I was. So off I went to check them out. Dot & Dough is located in a busy strip mall. Luckily I snagged a parking spot fairly close. The shop is cute with a few tables to dine at, and a small display case. To my surprise, they do not make classic American style donuts. Nope, they make mochi donuts which I am not too fond of. Fortunately, though, they do make Malasadas which I am a fan of. I was told from the friendly young lady assisting me that it takes about 20 minutes to prepare the Malasadas. I did not mind cause I still had an hour to kill before picking up my lovely wifey. Went ahead and ordered 3 different Malasadas. Vanilla Malasada was hot and fresh. It was packed with vanilla cream, and it tasted delicious. Highly recommend! Classic Malasada tasted delicious too! No filling needed for their malasadas! I liked this even better than the Vanilla Malasada! Apple Pie Malasada was my favorite of the three. It was also packed with filling! So much so that it was just oozing out with every bite I took. I must have looked like a total slob while eating it at their shop. Did not care cause they tasted GREAT!!!! Have to say that these were the BEST Malasadas that I've ever eaten on the mainland! Maybe because I ate them when they were warm and fresh was the reason they tasted so damn good. Either way, I highly recommend trying the Malasadas at Dot & Dough!“

I live up in a different state now but when whenever I swing by my hometown, I always stop by.Their Homer donut is absolutely amazing. Amazing portion for the price and absolutely delicious; cakes and light and not greasy at all. If you’re torn or typically indecisive— absolutely order it. You cannot go wrong and I’m sure you will adore that vaguely strawberry taste of the frosting.Crafted Donuts really makes you feel valued. I recall a day this past summer in which I was visiting a friend in town. I ordered us both donuts for delivery because she hadn’t tried this place before and I needed to share. This year we ordered tamales and they might be the best tamales I've ever had including ones I've made exactly how I like them! It's far less work to order them here.
