I went to the Visalia location, order my order and came home after a 30 minute drive and my Order was wrong and I called back and talked directly with the girl who took my order who confirms with me on the phone and she said took the order and she just have me come in to pick up what I had ordered, then placed me on hold to have a manager (I assume) and she just kept saying that their policy is to repeat back the order and only offered me a 30% discount to go another 30 minutes and pay for the food I had already order - so i could spend more with their restaurant after having the cashier already confirm in fact I had placed the initial order. I will never go back or recommend because all they care about is to continue to get you to spend more money. No customer service or responsibility to make right the mess up on their part. You DO NOT MATTER to the company. Even after the employee told me she had and remembers her mistake.

I ordered recently by way of Uber eats and was so disappointed & upset that I spent over $100 for cold, tasteless and overcooked food. The fried shrimp was so overcooked & hard I couldn't finish eating. The driver took over 40 minutes due to wrong orders to other customers that the food was cold making It so I had to reheat making the food hard & overcooked. You would think the manager & employees would take pride in their work. Doing the takeout route it's hard to not except the food but instead they could care less. I hope other customers who use this place to call first before order goes out so you don't let them take advantage of you.

Looking for a good food spot that was not a chain restaurant etc. Stumbled upon this place and it didn't disappoint. I had the Aloha plate it was really good. What's even better is Auntie K! We had a great little conversation and she was so nice and gracious towards me. Definitely saved this for a visit next time I'm in town.

Owner Auntie K was that an amazing host and brought out various delicious dishes. I had the seafood and chicken combo. I am definitely coming back.
My 3rd time trying Hawaiian food , I tried the pork entree , spam musubi and mango smoothie . It was good , The picture online shows lots of broccoli as the side but in reality it was just two pieces of broccoli and mostly cabbage.

Locally owned restaurant with Hawaiian style food. We lived in Hawaii for 5 years and this restaurant definitely made us feel like we were back. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the spam and chicken musubis, seafood/chicken plate, and mixed meat (kalbi, pork, chicken) plate.

I had something wrong with my order and the assistant manager named Alejandra refunded my meal and remade my plate as well as giving me a free smoothie. I will definitely be coming back!
