I went on my lunch to the mall and bought some pizza bites, just to finds out a HAIR was in the dough 😩 I called the store to let them know and they offer me a new cup of pizza bites but NO THANK YOU. Employee didn’t even care. I didn’t want my money or food back I just wanted some empathy and maybe apology but I understand some people just want the money back.

Don't go here. I've come by TWICE in the past 3 weeks and each time they are out of regular pretzels they only have the expensive pretzel bites. Today they told us "it'll be another 20 min", so I waited and went back 20 min later only be told the same thing "another 20 min". And today I was trying to use a coupon valid TODAY ONLY. Apparently this business doesn't understand customer service. They don't even have regular pretzels! Why have them on your menu if they aren't ever available!?!? What a joke!

They no longer sell pretzels, just pretzel bites. And to have a pretzel special made is a 20+ minute wait for one pretzel. Apparently it’s a newer DM who has decided to make this call. Great way to go out of business. 👍🏻
