Been here many times. As Iam wIting to return the sides that are not good as usual they've taken 5 people ahead of me. Hasn't been 24 hours since this experience. I'm ignored. Last timem we ate itwas very fatty. Things arenot always right but we usually love the tri tip and beans. They were out of beans and other things right before The mac & cheese was very dry. But two other sides were awful. Those are all I want a refund for. l 12 or more minutes of wIting, another 5 people takenahead of me,I am still writing this. Don't go right at closing. Best brand and rice. Almost always great meat.they me new sides.

Lets just start by saying I have eaten here before and it was excellent but this time is wasn't. I ordered the #1 family combo with tri tip, you get 2 sides and garlic bread or rolls. Here's were it went wrong..I ordered mac-n-cheese and got mash potatoes, i also ordered the beans and those I got, but in the whole container there was maybe 4 tables spoons of beans, the rest was nothing but juice. The 2 lbs of tri tip was dry and looked like it was sitting for a little awhile, they did get the rolls right. Just a word of advise CHECK YOUR ORDER! before you leave.

Not necessarily their fault but kinda pricey. Although, Quality meat isn't cheap and cheap meat isn't Quality...
Purchased the pulled pork with a side of beans today 2/17/25, no one could eat it. The meat was highly over salted, so much that it was tossed in the trash.

My wife and got 3 NY steak from the counter and the butcher didn't even ask us which one, of those displayed, we wanted. We got home and found one was 50% solid fat. We were from out of town, so we didn't see them until we got home. Just some advice. If you have the customer there, have the customer select the steaks they want. We felt we were scammed. I was going to go to Costco for my steak, but I decided to go to the butcher shop for something better. My bad I will never do that again.

I waited on hold for fifteen minutes to place to go order. Decided to just drive down assuming they were really busy. 2 guys working, no customers being helped on the hot food side. This place is great but the people working on the hot food side 1/9/25 about 6pm did not want to be there.
