It was on August 24th, 2025 at 3:12pm I was greeted with what do you want?, then when I asked for the total, the lady in the speaker responded with: it'll be at the window. Shevwas very rude in her responses. But the young man at the window where you pay & pick up the food he was very friendly and welcoming. To be honest every time my family & I, go to this place we always go through the drive thru & it's the same rude workers. Great food, but their service is unprofessional, if I had to rank them for just their service it'd be a -5 star. I don't recommend this place to anyone because of how rude they are.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat at this place and I ordered a double cheeseburger and when I ate the cheeseburger, the bun was are ready soggy and it was just nasty. I was so upset because I was supposed to go to Smashburger, in Fresno but my boyfriend told me this place is good and I believe him and it was not good at all

Waited about 15 minutes for two sodas. We got home and went to take a drink from one. We don’t use straws so we take the lids off to drink, and thankfully we did because this was right on top of one drink. Absolutely disgusting and we will not be returning. Service has been super slow recently anyways.

I wanted a quick lunch so I stopped by the drive thru. The woman taking orders through the speaker was not very friendly, however the boy taking payments at the window was nice. I ordered the green burrito meal and ended up with a red burrito meal instead. My burrito and fries were bland and unseasoned and I don’t think I’ll stop by again.

We stopped by BT’s in Visalia, CA, and it did not disappoint! We ordered a bean and cheese burrito—it was huge, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious. We also tried their chili cheese fries, which are a personal favorite of mine. They come in a generous portion and are easily one of the best items on the menu. But what really set it off was their vanilla Pepsi—ice cold and the perfect drink to wash everything down. If you’re in Visalia and craving comfort food done right, BT’s is a must-try!

Fresh authentic 'Drive thru' mexican food! Had the yummiest taco salad in a crisp flour shell! Abundant & just soooo fresh! We waited... just moments! We'll be back... certainly! Thank you!

Man I was so hoping to eat at this spot while driving back from. Sequoia. But it was definitely lacking. First off, greeted at speaker with what do you want? Then got my nachos and they are smothered in olives. I ordered nachos and there really wasn't much to them. Better off getting the old school 7 eleven nachos. And the taco meat sandwich looked like cafeteria food. With a name like buns and torts I was looking forward to something special, but just average cafeteria food with not really friendly service. One good thing was prices weren't bad.

The BT burger was extremely fresh and tasted a lot better than many fast food chains: a double cheeseburger.
The fries were also well seasoned and perfectly cooked with some slightly soft and some crunchy, not overly salty.
The milkshake in strawberry flavor was recommended, and I would 100% take this over In N Out. This one tasted like real strawberries/strawberry ice cream rather than artificially colored and overly sweet like In N Out.
Definitely would come back again to try other parts of the menu.
