ordered a $3.00 Pepsi, came with hardly any Ice, it was warm at bottom. Asked for more ice. It was .50 cent charge on top of what I just paid.. ICE, that should have cone with it unless you like warm soda!! The window worker with glasses was perplexed by the notion that I didn't receive what should have been included. Turned around and using hand quotes was explaining to the soda maker...how hard is her job? She. Ones to window to say the cup (small cup) cost .50 cents and I could not get the ice...asked for manager... of course not working so I said "well I will just sit here till you find one " I would still be there if my husband didn't say "say the .50 cents and let's go" they all had their backs to us till the cook saw us waving for the .50 I got my little cup of ice and they lost a customer that left due to the line not moving LOL I got nothing but time these days!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE ON WEEKENDS! They grown folk working on weekdays are awsome the kids with control issues need to learn how to do their job so they don't have complaints and loose the owner customers and money!!!

Went many times. Went tonight and was very disappointed. Sign clearly says ten pm but at 930pm they were closed and to take out or dine in but their sign says "store hours" so no reason for them to give the looks they did or have the main entrance locked while clearly still during hours of operation posted on said door and only taking orders by drivethrough. Its a saturday night and my other half and i only wanted two items and a drink to be eaten out front. What is the rush to leave or prejudice to only those that do walk up or take out? We came via bicycles so no other option for us. Must have been in a hurry to get to a party seeing as it is the weekend, but its mooney, on the weekend. Please do better or change posted hours to "whenever we feel like it"

Inside...old schoolcafeteria atmosphere. Food good. Getting what is asked for not so much. Now these are not teenagers working and not to forget high minimum wage. Still not receiving what I asked for a problem .Marisa the manager asked to return to correct and at $5 a gallon not worth it So all I got was a sorry in an empathetic tone. Which they must say a lot... I'll go to Del Taco for now on. Sorry I can't do business with you in my empathetic voice.

We have been coming here for years and love it. Fries are always hot and fresh and we like the taco salad and chicken soft tacos. Staff is great and long time staff recognize you when you come in.

The green burrito had more cheese than beans. The food was okay. I was expecting more since it was the first time I had been there.
Love BT's. My favorite ground beef tacos in the valley!! Great milk shakes, too. Super friendly staff.

We noticed one item missing from our order when I brought the tray to our table. What followed were several awkward minutes of trying to prove to the manager that the item was missing. We did finally get the missing item, but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

I simply asked for sour cream on the side instead of them putting it on the taco salad. They charged 2 dollars extra for this. The plastic container it goes in can’t be worth more than 2 cents. Too expensive in that case.
