I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins since middle school. Only thing that has changed are the ice cream flavors. Service was good. Quick, accurate, and with a smile.

Came in to pick up an online order. Sadly it hadn’t gone through yet but worry not, as Jacob and Santos were on it they verified our order and made it quick and stress free . Couldn’t have had a better experience can’t recommend these guys and place enough will come here every time 10/10.

We went to this place yesterday night. Looking for a little sweeeet after a terrible dinner experience somewhere else ?. The guy on the counter was clearly busy but yet SUPER KIND AND SWEET.
Wow! How far they have fallen! Grafitti on the wall as you drive up greets you. The outside is littered with junk and food garbage from the homeless. Then you walk in and it smells musky, dank, and moldy. I got a waffle bowl and it was stale. Had a couple of scoops of ice cream, and it was a little on the warm side. Paid the price later. My toilet is throwing up the white flag. The staff was rude and condescending. Seemed like they were trying to start a fight with any patron who would bite. No longer a pleasant family environment. Try one of the others. Stay away from the Mooney store. You'll thank yourself later.
