Ordered a Father’s Day cake in 2023. Asked for shamrock decor, and specified the flavors. It was absolutely perfect & exactly as requested. Pricey (as everything is now), but a coupon in the app helped. Highly recommend!

If I could do no stars I would. Lazy service for door dash, they omit what they want on your order and know there's nothing you can do about it. Don't go to this baskin robbins

The area of establishment seems questionable. Really filthy outside the door, parking lot and exterior. Interior not as bad and clean enough. The server had a very dry personality, and didn't serve ice cream from my perception equally. As if he was disinterested in doing job. Or simply didn't care about customer service. There blackberry hibiscus ice cream was divine. However I personally would drive to the tulare outlets if I was to choose Baskin Robbins. Or better yet just stick to cold stone, since there pricing is very similar!! As well as coldstone has better service and a more desirable menu.

Went to eat ice cream with my family it was so hot no blinds in big windows in there couldn't even enjoy it also 3 times I have saw cockroaches said they were under new management and they had told management about pest problem employees were nice and friendly felt bad they have to work under those conditions smh

Loved my visit to Baskin Robins on S Mooney St, the ice cream was fantastic, the customer service was amazing I had a warm welcome from one of the workers, we shared a good conversation, her name was Mia and I had a very comfortable visit. 10/10 would recommend!
Love this franchise. Always will. The Mooney location, on 5/7/22 was disgusting. All tables were dirty, refrigerators have rust melted ice cream at the bottom. The glass in front of the 31 Flavors of Ice Cream had finger prints, melted ice cream & whip cream smears all over the place. Just gross.Owners need to get on their employees.

Lettering on my cake was smeared and the customer service was horrible. He would not help "fix" the lettering and was extremely rude. Will not be going back to this store

very poor managed. manager in never there, needed a refund for a cake order that was not made but had been paid for, and when employee tried to contact the manager for help, phone was off. I waited about 10min and tried calling again phone was still off. Got tired of waiting so I came back the next day another employee tried contacting the manager and phone was still off. then I was told her phone is usually off on her days off. As a manager phone should always be on incase of problems like these. I felt bad for the employee because I know they tried so I said I would return another day and they mentioned the manager works early shifts and is gone before store opens. They contacted another employee through the phone for help thank fully she was able to help refund my order.

I always save room for dessert, and what better treat than Baskin. The one menu item that has been a favorite of mine for the last couple of years has been their Cappuccino Blast. I prefer the Original, but they'll make it w/ Mocha, Oreo, Caramel or Turtle base. Just an fyi...they use vanilla for the ice cream but you can sub that out w/ ANY preferred scoop, my go to is the Jamoca Almond Fudge. This location doesn't accept stamp cards for rewards on the drinks, the only location that does is the one on Walnut Ave.
