Unfortunately this location don’t have more available options on ice cream not sugar add. And the only two flavors the lady on the store told me they don’t can serve one because is to hard take the scoop. And the second option is not my favorite. Hopefully they can offer more options for the people don’t can eat sugar. And provide best service

Baskin-Robbins on walnut and demaree is disgusting. Went there today and will never go back. First, the lady employee did not wash her hands after touching money to serve my ice cream. Second, she couldn't understand my simple request, she broke my waffle cone will trying to serve ice cream in a waffle cone that was already flipped over in a cup. It's simple, put the ice cream in the cone first and then flip it over in a cup. Third, the MAIN REASON I will never go back, I saw a LIVE roach crawling on the counter. So I said there's a roach on your counter. The lady employee tried to flick it off with her finger nail!! Surprisingly she washed her hands after that while a second employee got a paper towel and smushed it. I said that's effing disgusting. Should have just walked out but I didn't. Not once were they surprised. Not once did they apologized. They had the nerve to still charge full price. I threw out my ice cream because I was thoroughly disgusted! The owner should invest in pest control, because you have a problem.

Good cakes but prices are insane and the worst part is not only the prices, that sizes of the cake are insane too. Not worth it if you are making a party with 16 to 24 people believe me the cake 8x12 wont be enough for the number of people. Too price like $60 and if you want to at a picture to the cake is $11 dollars more. Too much.

So disappointed! Ordered a birthday cake by phone for my dad's 90th birthday on New Years Day. Asked if they had a New Years cake that we could make and add birthday wishes. Was told they didn't. Then I asked if they could make something festive. The girl said yes and asked if I wanted any carmel drizzle since it was pralines and cream ice cream. I said yes. Went to pick it up and when they showed me the cake, I nearly cried. It was awful. No where on the ticket did the girl write festive, only carmel drizzle. It looked like a Thanksgiving cake they had taken from the freezer and had a 10 year old write on it. The worker called the manager and she told them to just give me the cake. I took it because I needed it that evening and was told their decorator had car trouble and couldn't come in. Such an embarrassment to put in front of the guests. It did taste good, but I really couldn't enjoy it because of how it looked to guests.

Found out this Baskin Robbins charges more than any other baskin robbins because it's under new ownership. Just an FYI during these tough times. I'll be taking my business to Goshen where it's the price I'm familiar with.

My husband is very loyal to his Baskin Robbins but they've gone down hill in recent months. For $3 a scoop! We would expect to get more then a measly tiny scoop. This has been ongoing for awhile now. Start training your employees to scoop consist scoops. That's ALOT of money for little product. How they stay open is beyond me.
