I haven’t been to this location in years and I’d agree that it feels gloomy when you walk in. Was not greeted, it did feel rushed when picking out a flavor, got a kids cup with no candy as they didn’t have any, got a hat though and that fell on the floor, picked up and the hat was filthy sad to say. Not very much options on waffle cones or waffle bowls, and they felt/tasted like leftovers. Omg and no gloves..are they supposed to wear gloves?! Anyways, I don’t think I’ll go back again. Sorry!

this will be on the the list of plces to shut down eventually the employees in the evening are very rude and do not want to do the basics of their job which is to serve ice cream. they refused to open anymore cones even though they do no close for multiple hours and force you to get cups. they make you not welcome. Avoid this place and just buy a tub at the grocery store.

Environment here was very gloomy, not usual upbeat feel you expect from an ice cream place. Attendee was rushful after a minute of choosing one ice cream for a large family and there was maybe one other customer in line that walked in. For the price you could've got a better experience and scoop of icecream somewhere else.

Probably the worst Baskin robins I’ve ever been to. I went in on a Saturday night there were two employees working and 3 people in front of us. The service was extremely slow. We were probably in there waiting for a good 20 minutes before they even took our order. The employee that helped us was very unenthusiastic about her job it was obvious not sure if she was having a bad day but when it was time for us to order she just starred at us not even a greeting a smile nothing. They were also out of a lot of flavors. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience as I have had nothing but good experiences at many Baskin robins locations.

We looked online to see the flavors they had. We saw some real interesting flavors we wanted to try. After driving to this location found out they did not have any of the ones we picked out on their site. Waste of time and gas. Just go to Save Mart next door. Save Mart has more then 31 flavors. Sad a simple ice cream place with only 31 items to sell and can't hold up.
