Flavor-wise, the Carnivore Pizza with balsamic hits at a solid 4 stars—tasty and satisfying. The extra star comes from the staff. They were super friendly, cracking jokes with customers, and quick to handle everything smoothly.

I ordered the fold- over, which is like a canzone. It was pretty tasty. I would have given 5 stars but the red dipping sauce was frozen and I wasn't notified that my call-in order was ready.

Thanks to the management and owners of Blaze Pizza in Visalia. My friend and I had lunch at Blaze on Mooney on Tuesday, August 5th. To the point, I am a native New Yorker and as some might know we know our Pizza! And I have to post that I love this pizza! Thin, crispy crust with amazing sauce is what I look for, and I got it! Just purchased 2 lunch specials that includes drinks, and cashier was making it difficult just receive the drinks. She said the one we ordered was the same price but didn’t come with a drink? So there’s 2 lunch specials, same price but one doesn’t come with a drink? I literally had to show her my app to prove it, and then didn’t hand me the drinks with my order. I had to ask again. And be prepared to pay for any ranch, because they don’t supply ranch with your orders of pizza anymore..
Great food, allergy friendly (dairy & egg free options), not too loud. No baby changing table in the men's restroom, please fix this.

Came here on 4/30/25 and picked up my order from online. Order was ready but pizza was stone cold. They offered to remake the pizza. This is what we got after the fact. After spending over $160. Don’t think I would recommend this place. Management needs to reach out I want my money back. I think they just stuck the pizzas back in the oven and re-heated them. Common man.

I've been going to Blaze for years. I got home and our 2 build your own pizza's were nearly raw, soggy and uncooked in the center. Some of the toppings were cold and uncooked. It was a real let down. I felt a bit ill after eating it. What's going on Blaze????

Some misses, but mostly a hit. We waited half an hour in line to place our order. I would hate to be there when they are truly busy. Tip: use the app or website to place the order online for pick up. They made a total of three mistakes on our two pizza order. It kind of defeats the purpose of a custom pizza if they cannot get it right. Also, the bacon they put on top looked like it came from a meat grinder and nothing like the slices on their menu picture. But the taste of the pizzas was right on. We both loved the thin and crispy crusts. Given what we got, the pizzas seemed a bit pricy. But we might still go back for the taste.
