Just purchased 2 lunch specials that includes drinks, and cashier was making it difficult just receive the drinks. She said the one we ordered was the same price but didn’t come with a drink? So there’s 2 lunch specials, same price but one doesn’t come with a drink? I literally had to show her my app to prove it, and then didn’t hand me the drinks with my order. I had to ask again. And be prepared to pay for any ranch, because they don’t supply ranch with your orders of pizza anymore..

Came here on 4/30/25 and picked up my order from online. Order was ready but pizza was stone cold. They offered to remake the pizza. This is what we got after the fact. After spending over $160. Don’t think I would recommend this place. Management needs to reach out I want my money back. I think they just stuck the pizzas back in the oven and re-heated them. Common man.

I've been going to Blaze for years. I got home and our 2 build your own pizza's were nearly raw, soggy and uncooked in the center. Some of the toppings were cold and uncooked. It was a real let down. I felt a bit ill after eating it. What's going on Blaze????

Some misses, but mostly a hit. We waited half an hour in line to place our order. I would hate to be there when they are truly busy. Tip: use the app or website to place the order online for pick up. They made a total of three mistakes on our two pizza order. It kind of defeats the purpose of a custom pizza if they cannot get it right. Also, the bacon they put on top looked like it came from a meat grinder and nothing like the slices on their menu picture. But the taste of the pizzas was right on. We both loved the thin and crispy crusts. Given what we got, the pizzas seemed a bit pricy. But we might still go back for the taste.

Very good fresh made pizza fresh ingredients fast service I gave 4 stars because while other customers were ordering and makeing there pizza I had to walk all the way around because there was no room for me to pass to get my pizza in the restaurant and instead of the manager bringing it to me he made me walk all the way around to pick the pizza up at the other End of the restaurant oh well I guess the manager wasn't thinking other then that it was great...

Jovon's excellent service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, and his attention to detail was remarkable. Even during a busy time, Jovan managed to check in on us frequently, making sure we were satisfied with our food and overall experience.
The pizza was delicious, but it was Jovan’s exceptional customer service that made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Blaze Pizza, and a big shoutout to Jovon for making our dining experience fantastic. He’s a true asset to the team!
Maybe we went on a bad day. I had ordered 6 pizzas and 4 sides. 5 of the 6 pizzas were burnt, they tasted like charcoal and really tough. They took 30 minutes to put my grandson pizza in the oven and when it was done they didn’t call us to pick it up so it was cold at that point we just took it. The sides weren’t burnt. All of the tables are dirty.

Food was pretty good, but the staff was very disorganized. They lost track of whose pizza was who's and had NY pizza and cheese bread sitting on the rack in the back for like 10 minutes before I went to go ask if mine was ready yet, seeing that people who ordered way after me already had gotten their food. By the time I got mine, it was cold, and they mixed up my garlic bread with someone else's either way.
