It is a gem. This adorable establishment will remind you of the patisseries of yesteryear. They have some of the most delicious pastries and croissants. No matter what you buy, it is completely worth the calories. Sit, enjoy, and relax.

What a sweet little spot! I asked ChatGPT for the best rated French style bakery in Visalia and this was first on the list and rightfully so! Their special bread pudding was divine! What looked like heavy cream frosting turned out to be Italian meringue - so much lighter and very yummy! The bread part underneath - made of leftover fruit pastries was heavy enough on its own and so tasty with fruit bits popping up from time to time. Great use of yesterday’s unsold fruit pastries!

Their focaccia bread with tomatoes, mozzarella and rosemary was also wonderful! There are lovely sourdough rustic round breads and so many desserts there that I want to go back & try.

The little shop is clean and the staff is warm & friendly. It has a few tables and serves coffee and tea drinks as well. Not sure who’s going to Starbucks with this little gem literally next door on Main Street! ✌🏼

As someone from France, this is the first bakery I’ve found in my 8 years in the U.S. that makes a loaf of bread that truly tastes like home. Highly recommend!

There are only two tops if you're planning on eating in, but take it to go if that's not enough room because the pastry are delicious!

Awesome little bakery in the heart of Visalia. We stopped by for coffee and some pastries before heading to Sequoia NP. Everything we got was delicious!

I’ve spent the better part of my weekends over the last ten years trying different chocolate croissant from across the United States. I don’t say this lightly when I say this is the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had!

Bagel: crunchy and delicious
Blain mini Croissant: good
Prosciutto Sandwich: just do not taste good, the mix of ham, cheese and onion does not go well!

Can’t get enough of this place! I haven’t had a bad experience there yet. Especially love the Tokyo Toast and Vegan Apple Muffin. Their cold brew coffee is the best I’ve found in Visalia. Their coffee selections are basic, but suit me just fine. Forget Starbucks next door, support your local pastry shop!

Great spot in Visalia. Tokyo toast was delicious and the sourdough is fantastic.

A quaint bakery in the heart of downtown Visalia. The pastry options they offer are delectable and hard to pick from! The baguettes are a family favorite, but the sourdough loaves are great options, too. They had a pineapple upside down bun that was absolutely delicious. The lemon is also a good choice. I highly recommend visiting Bread Savage.

Love this place! Super bummed that pop tarts are only going to be on Mondays now though. Kids are off on weekends and love the pop tarts! Still go there at least once a week though!

This was a tiny bit hard to find, but the door is on the right side of Starbucks on Main Street. The inside is a little uneventful, but that's not a reason to stay away from this magical place. They have a beautiful display of pastry offerings in their tiny showcase. And their bread shelves are all the way to the back of the room behind the counter, so its a bit hard to see what they offer on those. I came for a proper French croissant and cinnamon roll but left with a sack full of pastries! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in these excellent laminated buttery delights. We will definitely be back for true artisan bread and pastry!
