Me and my wife came in this afternoon to dine in to eat sat down on a booth which the table wasn’t whip down clean and was ready to order and no server came to ask us for drinks and order a server keeps walking pass by and saw us never asked us if we need help and we stay for 20 min nobody came so we left and now I’m putting a bad review cuz of bad experience cuz of no help

I used to love coming to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, my last experience was not so good. The floor was absolutely filthy! I only got a small video of the floor but believe me when I say there was so much trash on the floor and even wings. Not sure if a worker saw me do this recording but not long after is when they started cleaning up. The service was good though which I’m thankful for.

Walked in and hostess told me to sit at tall tables and all the available tables were dirty was never offered to clean any table waited for 20 minutes and we decided to move tables and seat in a booth and when we sat immediately a waiter said these booths are closed and I said I’ve been waiting to be at least offered a menu and nothing everyone just walks by im just trying to get some service he walks away to talk to someone and I got up and left And went to chilis across the way

The advertisement show $19.99 for 2 but here it's $24.99. And if order what they show on commercial it's $3 more per plate if u want triple burger. Its all a scam. I like BWW But this is a scam, shame on them. Just add is I'm a 2 time winner at blazing challenge winner. I wont be going here anytime soon.
If I could give a NO star review I would! This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. Our server Bri was non existent during my whole visit I understand it’s busy but I had to ask other servers for our drinks after waiting 10mins and seeing other tables be served. To top it off our food did not come out together I wait for my food for an extra 30mins and then they brought me the wrong food ! I didn’t get my correct food until my family was already done eating their food. When I would ask our server BRI where my food was she said they’re still working on it. Then when the bill came I had an extra drink charge that wasn’t ours and they “couldn’t redeem” my reward with my account. Any time we talked to the server it seemed like we were such a bother and she had an attitude. If food is gonna be late she could have at least gave us a positive attitude.

So even though food quality was good service was horrible!!!! We were a party of four and we all got our food at different times. It took 30 minutes from when we got the first meal to get the last meal. The manager gave us some crazy story that it’s the way corporate has them staggering the food orders even though it’s all one order. They were also out of almost every beer that we ordered but the server took 10 minutes between to even come back to say they were out. Definitely won’t be back again. They didn’t even offer a free dessert or to comp any of the bill

This is the worst experience I had ever had. We order our food online for 7 we arrive and they told us there are still working on it. 30 minutes later it’s ready. We get to the car and inspect our food. I got no fork or dressing for my salad. The food was cold except the fries. The Philly was burned and had almost no cheese. Why am I waiting 30 minutes for cold food!!!

Hostess was rude , drinks took forever to get to us, the food we ordered looked nothing like the picture. Definitely need more servers on game days poor guy was solo but he did a good job unfortunately I didn't get his name to be able to give him some recognition.
