Raiders pre season home opener, place was a Suana lol was sweating 5 min of being in there. This all didn’t matter due to server faith! We watched her hustle to all of her tables and still check in with us within a timely manner. Working customer service you know good service when you see it. Please make sure faith get recognition for the work she put in tonight with the conditions they had!! She went above and beyond.

Came in at 9pm. It wasn't busy. We were sat at a dirty table, sticky from drinks.
Ordered the bottomless appetizers. The appetizers (cheese sticks and fried pickles) came cold and just a couple minutes before our meal arrived. She forgot the milk with the kids meal, took forever to get that. The rest of our drinks went dry had to ask for refills. We asked for another round of appetizers which again took forever and we had to remind her. Still waiting on drinks. Finally got our drinks and second appetizers (cold queso and cheese sticks) when we were ready to go, got there the same time as our to go boxes. Crispy buffalo chicken salad was gross. The rest of the food was fine. One hundred dollars for mediocre food and horrible service.
I guess it beats the shattered glass in my burger from the last time we tried eating here.

I dont know where to begin, we went in thinking this place is a popular place it must be good...nope went in employees where arguing with eachother an talking behind thier colleagues backs while we were trying to complete our order I felt that was very disrespectful an unprofessional...they mentioned one of the new girls not knowing how to properly prep fopd...first warning flag we should have listened too, while I heard that I look twds the back an it looked like a mexican sweat shop it was filthy camped an just a mess the counters looked filthy the floors looked filthy the girls that were talking on the workers were saying that the employee cant even read the labels correctly...when we got our food it wasn't anything to brag about over cooked chicken bites that made me sick heck no I do not recommend anyone try this location for the simple fact they need to work on cleanliness an wutever had me on the toilet for 48 hrs with chorro if u want the runs I recommend u try this place either than that...I wouldn't waste my time or money here...

I got a phone call on Friday letting me know my reimbursement to my gift would be ready by Monday. I drove over here yesterday and today, and the store is closed. I don't understand the hours say open and was informed they be open last Friday 😕

I PLACED AN ORDER PICKED UP MY FOOD AND GOT THE WRONG ORDER I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR WINGS AND DIDN'T GET THEM I TRIED TO CALL REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER AND I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I finally went here, I first made a mistake going to a table not knowing it’s not self seating, but the lady was nice in letting us know and finding a table for us, she was so nice and nicely handed us menus for us to look for what we wanted, this place is incredible it looks like an actual bar, with several TVs, and even have a bar in the front I don’t have a picture of that though, the Buffalo mascot on the wall is so freaking sick dude, my wings were so good and spicy, with the side of fries,with carrots and celery the carrots were too hard for my braces but the celery was pretty good, the amount of TVs here I can imagine how it is right now with the NBA Finals, and with the Super Bowl, imagine how it’ll be during the World Cup next year, bro I loved this place definitely recommend it.

I'm currently at bww and they advertise on half off on appetizers for happy hour. The house sampler is the only appetizer that is not half off and it does not specify anywhere. Kind of disappointing.They compensated our house sampler as it they forgot to put the chicken on it which was very nice. Waiter was really cool!
We were all done with our meal and my husband just barely got his order, and he didn’t eat all day since he was busy at work. He was so hungry too. Never again will I come back. We’re paying a lot of money for bad service. We never got refills on our drinks. Restaurants are so over rated now. You can’t get good service anymore. I gave them one star because that was the only option.
I came with my family and there were roaches on the wall and on the plate. When I ask to talk to the manager, he said that it was problem that they were having. My daughter ask the waitress to kill the roach that was in the wall and she said that , she was sorry, but she couldn’t do it. My daughter had to do it herself. I will never come back here again. By the way if you are asking g we paid for our food? The answer is yes!!!!

First timers! Me and my fiancée stopped here. It was not too crowded wich was awsome. We got to seat at the bar because we was wanting to watch the basketball game. It was perfect. The wings where delicious I wished they was alil warmer/hotter just my preference. Our bartender was great. I would definitely be back.

As a customer that never complains, I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I received today walked in greeted, sat down with a waitress that was taking our order not only was she rushing our order and telling us that she can cancel our order if we’re not ready after only taking our drinks , but she was rushing us I’ve never felt so hurry to order. She was being very rude and disrespectful was giving an attitude. she was ready to cancel our order because we were taking too long to order when we were just trying to try something different this time this waitress was named Elisa . Thankfully, I requested a different waitress. Manager came up to us. Didn’t ask why I requested a new waitress thankfully we did get a different waitress. Her name was River. She was very polite and patient very thankful for a different waitress amazing customer service very disappointed on the Manager on how he handled the situation with the rude waitress.

The manger on today may 12th at 648 pm 2025 is straight up trash. The app is down and she wouldn’t give the price that’s online. Told me to wait or pay extra. I told her I had been waiting for over an hour. She said she was gonna call corporate and have them reset the app. She stated they have a reset button they can push and then I could wait about 20 minutes
Chelsea hit on my man multiple times and refused to look me in the eyes or talk to me. Then charged us for wings we didn’t even get in the end.
