Both my kids kids meals were supposed to have chicken nuggets in them. I guess they forgot to add them, but I got my fries drink and their toy. Called management and what annoyed me the most is that they did not seem to care. They told me to contact their customer support to get it fixed. Then they avoided giving me a refund and told me to send an email and that they will look into it.

I went on Uber Eats to place an order and it said they are closed at 11:30pm so I called them and they said we close at 12:00am don’t try to place an order on Uber Eats at 11:30 or after don’t waste your time highly recommend they change they’re time on Uber Eats for closing time

Got one of the New Brisket Whoppers Wednesday and Onion Rings.
First, there are no Onions in rings just some kind of sucky flavoring then the Burger had a tiny bit of Bisket. If there was Cheese and BBQ sauce I sure didnt see it.
IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE NEW ADVERTISMENT PIC and Taste was nothing to talk about.
Sorry but it will be a long time before I go back

I will never go This place is horrible. I went through the drive-thru and a shift supervisor was in their car talking to the crew. I waited 15 minutes and then started honking my horn because I got tired of them talking. Finally 20 minutes later I I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked what the problem was and why it took so long. The employee said we had to wait for the food. I said did they even have a receipt I heard the whole conversation and they were giving food away to the other car. Bottom line 25 minutes later I left without any food. I will never go to this restaurant again the food is been cold the service is horrible and there are better places right down the street. Prices are too high for what you get

This is the best Burger King around that I could say, They have one excellent worker there that I know of and her name is Julie. She is so professional very excellent with all the customer ,you couldn’t ask for a better person so yes Burger King. You guys have an excellent employee within Julie. 💕🙂

Vanessa was extremely rude, put my old food back on the warmers after requesting they remake it after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru. Even the girl that gave me my food when I asked if that was the se food I watched her put back in the warmer, she said she didn't know what her manager was doing. She also said her manager was stressed because there were a lot of orders that night. She was absolutely rude and gave me a dirty look.
