I will never go This place is horrible. I went through the drive-thru and a shift supervisor was in their car talking to the crew. I waited 15 minutes and then started honking my horn because I got tired of them talking. Finally 20 minutes later I I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked what the problem was and why it took so long. The employee said we had to wait for the food. I said did they even have a receipt I heard the whole conversation and they were giving food away to the other car. Bottom line 25 minutes later I left without any food. I will never go to this restaurant again the food is been cold the service is horrible and there are better places right down the street. Prices are too high for what you get

This is the best Burger King around that I could say, They have one excellent worker there that I know of and her name is Julie. She is so professional very excellent with all the customer ,you couldn’t ask for a better person so yes Burger King. You guys have an excellent employee within Julie. 💕🙂

Vanessa was extremely rude, put my old food back on the warmers after requesting they remake it after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru. Even the girl that gave me my food when I asked if that was the se food I watched her put back in the warmer, she said she didn't know what her manager was doing. She also said her manager was stressed because there were a lot of orders that night. She was absolutely rude and gave me a dirty look.

Placed online order, arrived 10 to 15 minutes later to be advised by the "manager" that their "printer was down" so they couldn't fulfill my order. Also, they can't refund my money and they can't provide any info on how to get my money back. Terrible service, terrible business model....just terrible. Steer clear.

Ordered a burger and an hour later I was sick. Turns out I got food poisoning which is awesome. Every time I go there the workers are kinda rude when I ask for sauce and ALWAYS forget my straw. last time they completely forgot my sauce AND fries when I already paid for it and when I pulled back in, I told them they forgot my stuff they gave me attitude saying they need a receipt and to look at my bag and said I could be lying about it even tho I just ordered it and went to the drive through while the store was basically empty.

I read some reviews and it seems that people only leave reviews when they are mad. Problem is they come through a drive through and instead of checking bags before leaving, they wait until they are home, so they're mad. I've watched as I've sat in the restaurant and see how all the staff are trying to keep things moving, keep things clean and take care of everyone as fast as they can. Mistakes do happen and we have to bear some burden of responsibility for checking the order. It's always done this way at every business that gets product shipped in, why is it different here? People think that every order must be 100% accurate and it's all on BK, but that isn't reality. This location has always given me the best, freshest and hottest food/coffee on every order. You can eat here with confidence but remember if you come in at 9:30PM with a $45 order and expect to be driving off in 2 minutes, it isn't going to happen. Not here, not anywhere.

My French fries were under cooked and some were still frozen. I double checked my receipt and I got a Dr Pepper instead of a diet Coke and I can’t have the sugar from that and I specified diet. And then when I went to call the establishment, nobody answered the phone.
