I’m not usually the type to do this but just crazy we have no quality control anywhere anymore. Now the food still tastes good but I think it’s time to actually pay attention to what you’re sending out. Also keep in more I did not alter the burger in anyway when ordered, got it as is and it still came like this.

UP DATE, I returned recently. I'm so sure, 17.00 for shake, under cooked greasy fries, and a western bacon burger that i allways enjoyed, I can't afford such luxury anymore.

Worker was cussing out the car in front of us. Then when she got to us continued to vent to us about them. Then when we got home we were missing half our order. It was very frustrating.

Trash location. Always rushing you to order. Always ALWAYS have you go wait in front even though not a single car went through the drive thru while we were waiting and yet that could all be forgiven if the food was good but it’s not. Daughter fries were cold literally 20 seconds after getting handed the bag and my wife’s burger was falling apart and had to be eaten like a salad or a bowl. Carls used to be the fancy and good fast food place but with these prices and quality I’ll just go to the burger up the street

I got a meal and me and my friends spent over 60 dollars and gave me a medium criss cut with only 4 fries and they were cold and I called and they said well sorry about your luck made up all kinds of excuses just by my self I spent 18 dollars
Bad service forgot my sauce like always and it's typical they didn't even ask because they have no customer service and the lemonade only comes in one size and they filled the whole damn cup with ice so you only get one sip?
