UP DATE, I returned recently. I'm so sure, 17.00 for shake, under cooked greasy fries, and a western bacon burger that i allways enjoyed, I can't afford such luxury anymore.

Unfriendly staff, trying to rush while taking my order. Right after that, she got yelled at by a customer who got upset and immediately yelled back calling the customer b****. Not sure if the employee had the reason, but definitely not the best way to handle any situation.Besides that the breaded chicken from my two chicken burgers were equally burned not tasting so good. Carl's Jr. has usually higher quality (at higher prices) compared to other food chains.Disappointed with...

Staff seemed like they were short staffed or something. Took over 20 mins in the drive thru just to get my food, and it wasn't up to par. Just not the restaurant I remember going to back in the day. I was disappointed.
