My wife and I went shopping at the mall in Visalia and were starving so we stopped in the food court to eat. We were a bit early but a young man by the name of Andrew at Charlie’s Cheese Steak was more than happy to open up a few minutes early to prepare our food. Not only was he polite and professional but he gave great service and went out of his way to accommodate us and prepare our food!!!! This person should be recognized and awarded for his great service and personality I’m certain he will go a long way in life and with the company he is currently working for. great job Andrew and thank you for your hospitality!!!!!!

So first off the cashier her name is Paula is super rude and doesn’t know how to listen to a simple order. Then the Lady that gave us our order was the rudest one of all when we told her then they messed up on my order she said Oh well. Just super rude employee’s. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK

I had a wonderful experience ordering from this place yesterday. The food was great and the service was absolutely fantastic. I was served by a young lady who was very patient and understanding while I had to see to my 2 kids while placing the order. Great service with an awesome smile. Thank you and keep up the great service l.
Sorry but super salty I couldn't eat it ?, my friend told me go take back but I didn't and it was not cheap for a meal i pay like $17 dollars end up buying Chinese food , ?

Everytime I go to Charleys they have good customer service.. Its great for a quick meal. I recommended the chicken buffalo. Personally I add bacon to every sandwich and it delicious. With a side Ultimate fries.
