It's been about 2 years since I had Charlies and I went yesterday for lunch.

It was not the same.

2 years ago the Philly sandwich looked like their picture. What I was served yesterday was all bread with MAYBE (at most) 1/4 cup of meat spread across the bread. The meat and pepper flavors were good but truly hidden inside all the bread.

It was way too expensive for the quality of food. I wouldn't go back.

My wife and I went shopping at the mall in Visalia and were starving so we stopped in the food court to eat. We were a bit early but a young man by the name of Andrew at Charlie’s Cheese Steak was more than happy to open up a few minutes early to prepare our food. Not only was he polite and professional but he gave great service and went out of his way to accommodate us and prepare our food!!!!
This person should be recognized and awarded for his great service and personality...

Came here for Veterans Day due to the free fries. So I purchase the sandwich hoping I get free fries like they said and nothing. Stopped coming here because of small mistakes like this.
