I just came here and let me tell you the ribs are not worth it everything else was great the service and atmosphere amazing as always but why serve ribs if they have hardly any meat it’s more bbq sauce than anything

I came for the ribs unfortunately they aren’t the same as they were three or four years ago, they don’t have Memphis dry rub anymore My wife’s burger wasn’t that great burnt on the edges as well as both of our fries.

They told us 55 minutes wait time, so we went shopping cause there’s no room to wait in the front. And after we walked in the restaurant, they told us we got remove because no answer. That’s ridiculous. The text only said reply 3 to cancel, didn’t say need to confirm. And they said 5 minutes policy, nobody said that, think about it before you come, it sucks

Brittney fast and friendly. The service is always great here we ordered the three for me. We get some nice big cheeseburgers some fresh french fries lots of ice tea refills salsa chips. I feel like I’m at the buffet when I come here.
We had the BEST server! The only complaint i have is their system crashed and my husband had to leave to go get cash. Our server was so sweet and he said theyre system is from the 90s!!! They told the regional manager and they didn't care and don't care to update it. My server told me to absolutely come and leave a review. Chili's it's time to update your system! Especially during peak hours!
