Stopped in late Sunday night (12/21/25), the guy that started my order was great, but the girl that took over was so rude, acted like she was annoyed to even be there and then tried to rush me thru ordering, I ordered a veggie bowl… to top it off, I got food poisoning from the food on top of being 7months pregnant…having someone be so rude and then to endure food poisoning on top of all that… so disappointing, will NEVER go back!

Everytime I go, the mobile order food isn’t on the shelf I’d have to ask one of the worker to get it but they’re all busy taking care the line that’s setup for ordering food not for pickup, and this gentlemen I think he only works in the kitchen just looked at me and ignored me when I was talking to him.

Ordered online delivery. Order was completely wrong!!! Order was correct on the lid, inside totally different. No excuse for this.
Definitely not a good visit. Stop in on 9/12/25 at 12p.m for lunch, the guy starting to orders had no customer service. Instead of having an attitude he needs to work on listening more I had to repeat my order because he was trying to give me the wrong items. And the cherry on top of that was my guacamole contained a huge piece of avocado with shell in it still. Will definitely reconsider making another stop by here for lunch.

I ordered a steak burrito and she threw it together faster than subway would have cause she was all alone and she wasn’t a good listener. And overall the service sucked on god and did I say she wasn’t a good listener and her coworker wasn’t helping the situation either talking about their not gonna take that disrespect but I was speaking in my normal voice and their service hecka sucked tonight and I hate that I went there.
