Veggies disgustingly salty. I literally wanted to throw up. The last 4 times Iāve been to this location they were out of either tortillas, meats or toppings. One poor soul working the whole counter and back at 7pm on a Tuesday. I used to love this location, years ago. I will not ever go back to this location. And Iāll be sharing my stories about this spot with everyone I know.

I showed up for an interview that was scheduled ahead of time, expecting a respectful and clear process. Instead, I was met with disorganization and dismissive energy. The person I spoke to didnāt seem prepared, gave excuses that didnāt make sense (like not being able to interview because of her own GED), and made me feel like my time wasnāt valued I stayed calm and respectful, but I left feeling discouraged and disappointed. I hope in the future, more professionalism and care is given to young people who are genuinely trying to work.

Food is great, when they actually have it available. Have been on a chipotle kick for several weeks, have gone often. The last three visitsā¦1) no Dr Pepper, 2) the grill was down and tonight, 3) out of honey chipotle bowl. I know these are first world problems but Iām fat and lazy and donāt wanna cook! I canāt imagine itās fun for employees to have to constantly tell customers the bad news. Cāmon Chipotle get your crap together!

I was disappointed in my bowl. Asked for extra rice did not get it. The girl just looked at me but did not get extra rice. I would have paid extra for it. The chicken pieces is very fatty one piece was very tough. Donāt order chicken. Fajita veggies very salty. Had to pick them out. Out of this whole bowl the guacamole was the only topping worth eating. This place on Mooney blvd use to be good. What happened????? If I am going to spend over 30.00 I do expect better quality of food. Wonāt waste my money there anymore. I will go to another location.

Wow I ordered $250 catering and I received 3oz of 3 meats. They forgot the flour tortillas and the taco shells. The containers where SO SMALL DO NOT ORDER I WOULD HAve GOTTON MORE FOOD IF I WENT TO THE LOCATION AND ORDERED FOR MY 12 team membersā¦.. waste of my money!!!!!!!!!

My fiancƩ and I ordered this last night online. Picked it up, took it home, and was completely ripped off on what we ordered.
Mine was missing an extra serving of chicken and corn salsa. Even the rice was low portions.
My fiancĆ©ās order was a literal bed of lettuce with maybe half a portion of every item that she ordered.
About $40 down the drain and not a single item was correct, and this isnāt the first time this location has messed up my order
