Unfortunately it's way over packed food takes to long and the salad bar isn't stocked vary good for as much people are there ! But , it's good for kids NOT BABIES BUT KIDS 4 TO 5

Today family came to Check E. Cheese in Visalia to celebrate granddaughters birthday. As soon as we walked through the front doors it smelled like there was a sewer leak inside. When I mentioned it to the employee at the counter he pretented like he couldnt smell it, but did say they recently fixed an issue and went about his business dismissing my concern. Not hardly the response any parent or community citizen would expect from a professional business.

food is good but the visalia location was home to a very rare set of animatronics called the 3 stage, there were only 5 left in the world and that was the only one in california, but as they say all good things come to a end and they just got rid of the animatronic ... its just not the same. instead we got large screens of

It's nice to have somewhere to take my kids that I have also experienced going to growing up. Only problem I have with it is the characters on stage aren't up there anymore, it's a big screen. Wish they hadn't done away with it.Kid-friendliness: Great kid environment for all ages.

As for their employees the night of February 22nd 2024 need to be a little bit more training on customer service but if they're just here for a paycheck for a paycheck it's

All the new updates are excellent! They even fixed some of the older games that needed a little love. Can't wait to come back for the other things they have planned. The new dance floor area is SO much better than the creepy animatronics that haunted my childhood. Stacy is an excellent manager and deserves a raise! The pizza was perfect, the salad bar needed a *little* but of attention, but they tended to it pretty quickly with how few employees they had today.Vegetarian options: Salad bar!
The new updates look great and we had a lot of fun with some of the new games as well as our old favorites. The Wednesday deals are always worth it for families trying to avoid the weekend crowds. Though it seems that they are understaffed, the staff on duty always tries their best to manage. Today's manager on duty, I believe her name is Stacy, was very informative and ensured we had a positive experience from the moment we entered and at the end at the prize counter. We've been coming to this location for 3 years now and look forward to all the new updates and many more visits full of fun.Vegetarian options: Salad bar

The service is good, the place itself is okay. But the games? Come on! It's all video games. Half the time, half of them are not working. I do like how the tokens work now, so many minutes vs. each token... but I still wished they would have kept it hands-on vs. video game style. Also, what is up with where the display of animals used to be? It's a TV screen now.. ?

Removing the stage and you can’t even bother to get new arcade games? Such a joke. You’ve lost a loyal customer of 10 years. I didn’t come to this place for a giant tv screen in the middle of the dining room. If I wanted to eat and watch a buncha tv screens I’d go to Target

The stage is being removed tomorrow. You'll have to drive all the way to southern California to see a full band. I'd recommend going to the Northridge location, as those are staying forever. Goodbye to the last 3-stage in CA.
