I'm sorry to have to write this, but... We ordered some cinnamon rolls for a treat, and when I got mine home it was awful! Sour tasting, not cooked all the way through. The gentleman who helped us seemed a bit lost, it took forever to receive our order, and when he handed it to me, it was not warm or hot! Took it home and it tasted very sour, like almost raw, I looked underneath and it was white, not brownish liked baked goods. Sorry but I do not recommend this place at all.

Waited for 10 minutes and was ignored the entire time. I get it, there were only 2 employees on a Saturday night. But acknowledge everyone that walks in! We left and several others did as well. Employee called out?? Where’s the owner? I’ll recommend once this is fixed. Seemed like it just isn’t ran very well.

Nice and clean place. They have a variety of baked goods, specifically cinnamon rolls of course. I came in for some dole whip, let’s just say no need ti run 4 hours south for some at Disneyland. You get the real thing right here. The place has lots of seating inside and some outside. We weee able to walk and get ours and relax for a bit and enjoy it before it melted. The people there were quiet and helpful, so all around an enjoyable place.

Tonight, our family stopped in to have some cinnamon rolls. I got the strawberry cheesecake & my family each got an old skool roll. They were really good! The atmosphere was positive and updated and our server was very kind & friendly. I signed up for their loyalty program & will be visiting again soon!

We stopped by Cinnaholic while in town for an event, and we’re so glad we did! The shop had such a warm, welcoming energy, and the three employees working that day were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us sample different icing flavors, which made the experience even more fun.
The cinnamon rolls were amazing—light, not overly sweet, and full of great flavor. You can really taste the quality. We’ll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!
