After having the churro latte for the first time, i find myself coming here at least 3 times a week! Im scared to try anything else what if i don't like it? The atmosphere is comfy and welcoming. The only thing i would add are small food items like egg sandwiches, just because i enjoy my coffee with food and i would feel weird bringing breakfast from another place if i want to stay here for a while. Either way, i enjoy coming here and will continue to do so :)

I bring my grandson here on Friday’s after school. Up until today, we have always had a nice experience at Connect Coffee. Today, our hot chocolates were tepid (at best), and our muffin and cookies were brought to our table in bags, instead of the usual plates we have gotten in the past. When I asked for my hot chocolate to be warmed up, our server Karina made sure it was good and HOT!

Convenient coffee spot but poor service. The girls at the front are slow to take orders or even acknowledge you. Ordered a drip coffee which should be quick. Barista said she’d bring it over. Twenty minutes later still nothing until I had to go back up and remind her. Same with a muffin. Asked for it toasted and the girl put it in the toaster and completely forgot about it.
This was on a Monday morning absolutely no crowd. Hardly 5 total people in the shop and no one else in line.
It’s a basic easy job. High school students work at coffee shops. If you’re so lazy or not paying attention you should be fired. This place should focus on hiring employees who actually work instead of twenty something eye candies who can’t do the most basic requirements of their job.
Edit: My criticisms are not sexist at all. Because you don’t want to handle the feedback you’re bringing up a strawman argument to deflect it instead of addressing it. If you spent more time focusing on acknowledging the customer than you did typing up an excuse on Google Maps you wouldn’t get these frequent customer service issues.

This is the best place to come and do some remote work while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. It is spacious and comfortable. There are always a variety of unique flavors and the pastries are so good! My customers always request their coffee from Connect! I highly recommend this place!

I found CC on TikTok and wanted to give it a try. The Strawberry matcha and Cookie Butter were great drinks. However I couldn’t overlook the bad service from the male barista. He was just really annoyed and rude which was unfortunate.
