bad service, the lady at the counter was disrespectful and kept giving us dirty looks. then when we got our food we found a hair in our salad. went up to the counter to let them know and they didn’t even apologize for it just took the plate back. no compensation or apology whatsoever.

Very very very disappointed. Upon entering I wasn’t even greeted with any kindness or hospitality. That’s fine, we sat down and ordered our food and I found a hair in my food, I went to the front and made the staff aware and instead of apologizing and offering me a new meal, they didn’t even bother to apologize. Let alone give me a replacement or a refund for that meal. The girl in the front apologized and said she would get her manager but the manager never came. Extremely disappointed. I don’t know if it’s because of what we were wearing and our traditional clothing but I felt discriminated against and I will not return.

We don't go there that often but my daughter wanted to stop for breakfast. We ordered breakfast. The Croissant sandwich was very tasty but the side order of Potatoes was very dry...even with Ketchup. And I was gonna order some coffee but you had just half & half for your coffee no flavored coffee creamer and your coffee was real expensive. So probably won't be going there too many times more.

I love corner bakery food. I always order pasta! Unfortunately this time my salad had old brown lettuce, a piece of random bread and a piece of diced apple? Makes me feel like it was someone’s left overs.

The best Panini's I've ever tasted at a good price. A little hot sauce and by far my new favorite place. Ditch Panera Bread! Power plugs on the walls, more private feeling with small separating walls all around than Panera without the crowded feel, better prices , a great bakery and a rewards club! Pretty sure they wouldn't even mind a few study groups but might wanna check first.

Kid-friendliness: Kids were friendly but one tried hitting me. Otherwise polite, friendly children.
