The store manager needs to put some attention on the store employees. Some of them pull their merchandise supply carts like wild horses. Without any caution if they hurt any customers. I have seen this a lot of times... What's going on Mr. Manager wake up and put some attention on safety to your employees and respect the customers...

All I can say is this Costco is very popular. It's very clean and staff and always working, it's a busy store. You can't beat their gas prices. Parking is always clean and you can always find the parking.

My mom has been a costco member for over 30 years. Today was the breaking point for me. We came to our costco today and grabbed a grilled chicken. When it came to check out, our chicken was leaking. So, instead of offering to go get us another one, I had to run all the way across the store to get another one! It was hot as hell on my hands and unprofessional of them. Costco,do better! Sams club blows you out of the water.

In the last 2 weeks once a week. The back part of the store was shut down a lot of upset people. It is because the pallets are still not put up. Why is that it means someone is not working hard enough.

Worst Costco I've ever been too! Super long lines, the employees are rude, customer service sucks, and the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are a joke. They are clearly not well trained or educated, and need a lesson in manners. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. 2

They have a wonderful selection of flowers, variety of large bulk items, but I recommend getting there early in the morning on a midday to avoid the crowds. The parking lot is always overcrowded and it is very difficult, dangerous and very hard to get around there!

So, I guess the new procedure at Costco is checking ID before you pay to make sure you're not using someone's else's card. I call bullshit. I watched the attendant check 6 Mexican family's and no white families. Coincidence, doubt it. I was gonna confront him but I was already heated.

I was charged twice and the cashier said there was nothing she could do about it. Two payments of $212 saying the payments never went through because the receipts didn't print out, so I ended up paying with cash. Now I'm short $425 because they don't want to refund me back my money.

Shopping today at Costco for Mama's Day. While putting items in my car a young Costco gentleman looked up from what he was doing, across 2 car lengths plus drive space, came over to me very quickly and asked if I needed help. He proceeded to put a very heavy item in my car for me. Such a sweetheart and a godsend. Thank you Josh, you are indeed an asset to Costco!

This place is no longer customer service oriented - Zach who is in charge of membership and refund lack the ability to Supervise and Manage this area. Total chaos. What happened Costco? Is this the new norm for your company. I can't wait to start moving my business to Amazon and Sams Club at least they treat there customers with respect and dignity.

As far as a very rude young lady. I hit two numbers at the kiosk and had to redo it and apparently my number in line was lost. I waited several minutes even after others were called after me. They wouldn't even listen to me. After 15 minutes waiting for a HOTDOG I demanded my order. A young lady through it into the bag tearing it and slammed it on the counter. I voiced my displeasure and she replied, TO BAD and walked off saying it again.

Today while checking out at Costco the cashier sarcastically remarked to me that "There are plenty of carts outside, folks." He was commenting on the fact that I was sharing a cart with my mother and son. The cart was certainly not stacked with items. As a matter of fact we had emptied all the items on the conveyer before the staff member began checking the first order. The empty cart was there for his helper to stack. Initially I thought he was making playful conversation with me although in reality he was scolding me. "It makes it a little more difficult for us, " he explained. I immediately apologized. Yes, I guess I can see that if the cart wasn't emptied and ready for the first order it would be troublesome, although as I stated before it was there, ready for stacking items. I was there shopping with my 90 year old mother. She is legally blind and frail, so she "pushes" the cart while I actually maneuver it from the front (which is not easy with crowded aisles). My son helps me to find her items and we both pick up a few items for ourselves. If I had to utilize another cart to make it "easier" for the cashier it would be impossible. The trips are slow going and frustrating. I worked in customer service for decades and although the process could have been streamlined by instructing clients on how they could make their orders more efficient- I would never have done so. They were the reason the business was successful and not personally responsible for "making it easier for me". It was my job to make it easier for them. I would have told you this in person but that would have embarrassed my Mom. Perhaps in the future when you see elders who are struggling you could simply smile and hide your frustration.

This is a pharmacy review. Ronnie V. in the pharmacy was amazing and fabulous. My father tested + for covid and after speaking with his MD, then getting meds ordered. When arriving at the pharmacy to them pick up, was told they could give half of the meds and then the rest the next day. Waited for 20 minutes and when went back to pick up, Ronnie said that she had enough to give the whole prescription. And so no need to return again. She said the sooner the meds were started the better. She is amazing and has a great sense of humor. Way to take care of your customers. Thanks.

I was told my Mothers service dog was not allowed in the store. The service dog is contained in a dog stroller with the animal completely in closed zipped up. My Mother is 79 years old!! My Aunt was also with me and she was in need of an electric cart due to her medical conditions. I looked everywhere for the cart and was refused help in locating 1 of the 6 they have available. It's going to be very hard for me to renew my membership when customer service is so poor. I know I don't want my Mother shopping there without me!
