I waited 20 mins for them to tell me they were out of bread for a sandwich. The server told me to take the rest of my food that had been on the counter cold for another 15 mins. They need a better way of serving food. It’s almost like the food court is purposely inefficient. All orders are called out by yelling, no ordering ahead so you can just leave after you buy your groceries, just a waste of time.

Staff was rude this weekend. They said the order number 12 (ours), and when my GF went to confirm, they said NO 15! She then said, "but you called 12". And the rude lady said oh yea that's 12. Who are these people and why are they so miserable.

I am a long time Costco customer!!!! I Went here today and the staff was so freaking rude I couldn’t believe it!I went to the register and the lady told me to move over as they started helping other customers! I moved over per her request! After standing there for a few minutes with noone acknowledging me, I stepped to the counter and asked if they would be helping me! I was then directed to their kiosk machines which I knew nothing about!!! Very poor customer service!I go to the Costco food court in Kona HI all the time and have had no issues! They are awesome! I guess the Aloha spirit is not at the Visalia food court!!! Sad! ??????????????
