Very disgusting eggs were cold like they just came out the freezer, rice was hard like they didn’t bother cooking it, and they charge to take the head off shrimp because they are lazy I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends owner of this “restaurant” needs to do better

Okay listen… if you haven’t been to Crab It While It’s Hot, you’re sleeping on some serious heat. I’ve tried almost every seafood spot in the Central Valley and nothing even comes close to this place. The flavor is wild — like you take one bite and instantly start questioning every other boil you’ve ever had.
The seasoning? Perfect. The portions? Huge. The prices? Honestly way better than they should be for how good the food is. And the customer service is crazy good — they talk to you like they actually care, not like you’re another order on the list.
Shrimp, crab, sausage, the whole boil bag — everything smacks. You can tell they put love into what they cook. It’s one of those places where you finish your meal and you’re already thinking about what you’re getting next time.
If you want real flavor, real value, and people who treat you right, Crab It While It’s Hot is the spot. Trust me, this is THE seafood boil in the Central Valley.

Really bad to embarrassing service. Came in at six took 20 minutes fir someone to come to take orders. Lady was extremely rude. Potential customers left due to waiting for so long. More staff is needed. Won’t be returning.

I've been a fan of the Crab It While Its Hot seafood boil since the beginning when they were just starting out, and all I have to say is that I really am appreciative of the fact that their food didn't lose taste, or quality as they came up and grew into what they are now. THE BEST SEAFOOD BOIL HANDS DOWN!! The sauce is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The shrimp, crawfish, crabs, and lobsters are all great tasting and big in size. What I love most tho is how it doesn't matter which Crab It While It's Hot location you go to, the cooks stick to the recipe so that it always tastes the same. If you haven't tried it yet, but have been wanting to, well take this review as you sign to go get some!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve had about 300 seafood boils in my life, all over the country, and this one is by far the most disgusting one I’ve ever had. As soon as I picked up the bag from my doorstep I could smell the FUNK. I feel awful for my DoorDash driver who had to carry this in their vehicle. It was delivered quickly so time isn’t a factor in why this smells so bad. The flavor is terrible. The seafood itself is literally so smelly I couldn’t even eat it. I’m so grossed out. Wow. Over $100 down the drain because this is going in the trash. My house REEKS.

This place has been great since they started from house to house delivery til now .,seeing this business grow and keep the consistency of their flavor and service has been such a blessing
This place has great food. But sadly the staff won’t even clean the floor when it’s clearly full of oily sauce. I tried to call and ask questions and no one bothered to even answer the phone. When I drove to the location all I heard the phone go off and the staff completely ignore it. This place has great potential but needs to have caring staff.

If I could put a zero rating i would!! They have music on the TV way to loud to enjoy your meal! Seriously is this a nightclub or a restaurant!! No crab crackers so how the heck do you eat the crab legs. Food took 30 minutes to get and when we got it Luke warm at best! Potatoes weren't cooked through! So I'll stick to Bag O Crab in fresno. Definitely not worth the price!

The employees shouldn’t be working there. They have poor attitudes and show that they don’t want to be there. They don’t have crab crackers. The napkins are super hard to remove from disperser specially when you have messy hands. The girl was mopping restrooms not letting people use it. It smelled like urine all in the restroom and then she started using the same mop in the dining area while we were eating so we just got our stuff and left. The price isn’t worth the “hurry up and leave” attitude they give.
